Seriously the WORST pharmacy ever.I have fought with them COUNTLESS times about my insurance and them not having my correct insurance on file. Which each time I have to remind them to run it properly to get the proper coverage. They act like it’s such an inconvenience each time because they messed up and have to rerun the billing and argue with me about THEIR mistakes.I have been yelled at, had the drive through window slammed in my face, talked down to, treated like a child, spent countless minutes there for things that should be quick and easy things such as picking up a prescription, and they are always out of medications that I almost always have to end up waiting on to come in stock with no ETA or help.Not only are the pharmacy techs rude, but the pharmacist are as well. I received a notification to call about a script that was not covered so when I called and talked to the pharmacist, he acted like I was a bother and it was such an inconvenience for him. Stating “the prescription is pending and only $5.” When I stated I was told to call via text he just said “okay?” and acted like again he has no idea what I was talking about or bothering him.Honestly, the list goes on and on for why you should NOT use this place. Save your time, efforts, and patience for somewhere else that will actually help and take care of you. This place offers nothing. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I’ve gone to this pharmacy for at least 5 years and will never go back. The female pharmacist has been snarky with me before and I let it go but this week was the final straw. I don’t know what she’s doing in a public facing career when it’s clear she doesn’t like people. If you want to be spoken to like an incompetent child when you have questions about a prescription this is the pharmacy for you. If you want to be treated with dignity, go somewhere else.

Do not shop here, the woman who works the drive through who is so slow that It takes 10 minutes for one car to get their medicine. Why a woman past retirement age is working the drive though is beyond me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Rudest pharmacy staff ever, except one girl who helped me and was kind. This white old, short grey haired lady who works at the window usually was extremely rude and bordering racist when handling my prescription, talking to me in a condescending tone about my prescription and its price, almost as if she thought I couldn't afford it (based on my looks). When I told her I'd move out of drive through to look at my good Rx for a discount, she completely ignored me and in a condescending tone told me "I can't have you waiting around her scrolling for a discount in the drive through window" and before I could ask her what the prescription name was she closed the window on my face. When I went inside, she told me "I don't know you, you need to wait for me to ask you for date of birth and name before I can find your prescription" even though she just saw me. Made faces at me and side commentary, and looked flabbergasted when I asked her if I could take a picture of the name so that I wouldn't have to bother her again. What should've taken no more than 10 minutes, took 40 minutes because of her idiocy and rudeness. Only reason I walked away was because the person who helped me check out was kind.

I usually don’t leave reviews but honestly I feel very unsatisfied and even wronged because of the treatment that my kids were given tonight by this associate. She was rude and mean towards my toddlers and at checkout she “politely “ throw the change at me, she also had to clean the lollipop ? my children have drooled on (since they’re only 2) she got a Lysol wipe and clean the sweets ? in front of us. Im not an ignorant person and I know we live an a post COVID era, germs and bacteria are real, kids are the biggest hosts but she could have pretended better. I don’t know why she acted like this and maybe she had a long day, I’d like to believe that, but even my sister saw her attitude and thought it was wrong.

Very rude staff on counter unresponsive, disrespectfully for customer, today was visiting CVS south old state in lewis center, when I needed assistance regarding a particular product and to register for a membership. A white old lady at the register told me to wait with a condensing tone. Waited for about 10 minutes for her assistance. Once she came and started putting in the information for the membership details she was still talking to me in a condescending way. Once she was done filling my information in, I informed her that I am going to the shelve to grab a product, she gave me a condescending look and didn’t reply. I went to grab the product she yelled “wait” in a loud and condensing voice across the store. Me and my wife were embarrassed and dissatisfied, so we give her the membership card and product back to her, told her to treat customers in a better way and left the store. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided.

Staff is rude and super slow. Not very helpful with basic pharmacy transactions and often pass you through to another person over and over.

Such a horrible customer service.Was trying to make purchases using a manufacture coupon. 2 workers - Kathryn and another lady who's name I don't remember but the name tag said she is from the management team - were acting highly disrespectful and unprofessional.They were trying to move me from the register, saying "have fun with her" to each other and apologized for me in front of other customers. Just because they didn't know how to process the baby formula coupon.I will definitely contact the cvs customer support team. Their attitude was absolutely inappropriate

CVS itself is expensive and the pharmacy staff are not that helpful and moreover their policies are bad.Changing to costco pharmacy at least there will get for less price.
