My family worked with Michelle and Joey quite a few years ago and i wanted to share what a wonderful job they did. Our two bathroom renovations have withstood the test of time and continue to look and function exceedingly well. In fact, recently I had some concerns about a possible leak, and Michelle and her team were quick to lend their support. After a thorough investigation, no issues were found. I was very relieved and grateful that i had chose such a caring company. I would recomend them highly for your bathroom renovation needs!

Working with Michelle and the entire Columbus Bath team was better than expected. We had several estimates from other contractors and decided to go with Columbus Bath Design after meeting Michelle and appreciating how open and honest she was when designing our bathroom remodel. She did not try to sell us things we didn't need and went above and beyond to make our experience the best. The communication through the entire process was outstanding. We never had to wait to get a response with any questions even when the remodel started and the entire crew was excellent and did amazing work. We could not be happier with our new bathrooms and know we made the right decision in going with Columbus Bath Design to do our remodels.

Obtained a variety of estimates for a tub/shower/door replacement. Meeting Michelle in the showroom helped me visualize my many options. Communication from start to finish was clear, prompt and forthright. There was absolutely no upselling whatsoever. Install was efficient, thorough and clean. After nearly ten months, I inquired about correcting a dripping faucet and a slight, tiny dent in the shower header. Once again, Michelle quickly responded, obtained the replacement parts and had them replaced/installed in a little over a week. I highly recommend Michelle and her team for your next bath remodel, hands down.

We hired Columbus Bath and Design to renovate our bathroom and they were amazing. At every step of the process every single member of their team (from the salespeople to the installers) was responsive, professional, understanding, pleasant, and (most importantly?) they did a fantastic job with our bathroom and completed it on-schedule. We could not be more pleased with the company, the staff, and the finished product they delivered. We would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about remodeling their bathroom.

Fully recommended.
Columbus Bath Design worked with us to tear out and install a new shower. They made time after 5 pm to review design choices in their showroom so that we could be there after work. It was about 2 months from deposit to installation. The installation process was under a full day and the installers were very attentive to detail. Would definitely work with them again!

Researched a long time before deciding on Columbus Bath Design. It was worth it. They were fantastic and a pleasure to work with, from the initial meeting all the way through our remodel completion. Everything went as planned and the bathroom looks great. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to others.

I wish I could give them more stars. It takes a lot for us to go out of our way to take the time to write a positive review, but Columbus Bath Design DESERVES it and more. I also want to say we aren't getting any type of payment/compensation for writing this, I genuinely want to help give credit where it's due. Michelle and Joey are phenomenal - they are kind, courteous, professional, and extremely experienced & knowledgeable. From the first meeting until the last, they have gone out of their way to provide service with a smile, and helped provide suggestions within our budget. The showroom is beautiful and really helped us figure out what we wanted. We spent so much time researching other contractor and companies for options to renovate our bathroom because our other bathroom remodel didn't go so well. I wish I found Columbus Bath Design sooner. Michelle knew we were trying to be as budget friendly as possible and didn't try to upsell us what-so-ever and it made us feel so comfortable knowing she truly had our best interest at heart. Joey took the time to also go check out my other bathroom in our house that wasn't remodeled very well, and helped me understand what could have been done better and we really appreciated his advice and guidance. They completed our renovation on time, as scheduled, and quickly (even finished early)! It has been about 2 months since it has been done and we're just so happy with the outcome and quality. Again, I can't thank them enough and do not sleep on choosing Columbus Bath Design as your reno option. Will definitely be using them again in the future!!

Me and my wife are very pleased on how the workmanship and professionalism turned out on our walk in shower, and we can not stop talking about it to our friends. Even my great grandson, who is only 7 years old, said,. “this is the best shower in the whole world,” and we echo this very thought. Thank you Columbus Bath Design.

Start to finish was an awesome experience. We had a full bathroom put in from scratch in our basement. Starting with jeff and the sales team. We were able to conceptualize our project and stay within our budget. After that, the construction team primarily consisting pf andy joey and danny was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring during the projects entirety. Any concerns throughout the project were addressed and brought to me before i could even bring it to them! Which was extremely reassuring. Our bathroom turned out insanely good, even better than we could have imagined. Awesome modern finishings and hardwares to really complete the space.
Lastly the office team was incredibly kind, knowledgable, and communicative. Tim and michelle were great in handling all updates regarding our project and there were tons of flexible and accommodating payment options.
Joey Michelle and team were a 5 star company to work with. We have already begun a second project with their referral, and will hopefully be completing our second bathroom later this year! Could not recommend enough

We just had our master bath full remodeled by Columbus Bath Design. I can not recommend them enough. Every step of the process went better than expected. Joey and Michelle were extremely helpful in the showroom helping us with design and planning. The actual install started a day early, Kevin and Matt, the remodelers, were easy to communicate with and were extremely respectful. Our new bathroom is all we had discussed over the past few years. From the beginning of the process, working with the team at Columbus Bath Design was a wonderful experience. Joey took the time to listen to what we wanted and provided a layout that met all of our needs. Selecting materials was easy when visiting the showroom and seeing all of the options. The installers were on time and professional, and we could not be happier with our new bathroom. We highly recommend Columbus Bath Design and will use them again in the future.

After getting several quotes we selected Columbus Bath Design for our bathroom shower remodel. Everyone from the sales person to the installers were professional and great to work with. We are super happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend working with Columbus Bath Design! We compared several companies but Columbus Bath Design provided the best overall experience, at a great price. Michelle was lovely to work with, prompt communication and smart design solutions. The team worked hard to get the bathroom remodel done efficiently, in only three days! Cannot recommend enough!
