It’s a great place WHEN it’s working. The touchless is down too frequently. I attempt to use the service approx 20 times per year and the touchless is down at least 5 of those attempts.

I've had an unlimited plan pretty much since day one of their grand openings. I go not every day, but just about every day. By now I can tell when there is a difference in both of the washes.........This is a Review of the tunnel part of the car wash. Works well at cleaning the entire car. Having said that, I've noticed in the last 6 months or so that the round brush above the car comes up and stops halfway up the windshield then lifts and drops halfway on the roof. Doesn't hit and clean a big section of windshield and roof. Then the jets after that miss a good foot or so on the right side of the car. Same with the next set of solution jets....... Up till now I normally will say something to one of the employees. I try not to talk to the owner. Don't get me wrong he is very nice and will help out anyway, but a word of advice. When it's time to listen it's time to listen. Not interrupt when a customer is trying to let you know when something is wrong. It's a simple"yes we will look into that" whether you do or don't. That's up to you. I've trying to inform the owner of things and in the middle of talking he just jumps right in and starts coming up with this and that. He is good at calming a situation of someone being pissed off. If someone is not pissed off then no reason to calm them down. I'm just informing you of a problem. I see it as your customers are your Q\C. All I can say is...... Take the time. Update 2/25/18 the door on the touchless should close, so the wind doesn't blow the foam around. The foam Seems to hit the whole car when the door is closed. 5/25/22 the leak in the hose on the touchless side should be fixed. It's been weeks now. Left side foam doesn't flow out as well as the right side.... 4/28/23 Well, that wonderful leak is back or perhaps it was never actually fixed for the last year. Not just that, but why do I have the feeling of being ripped off. Is it just me or does every function of the touchless never work properly at the same time. The sealant function is not working. Nothing comes out yet I'm paying for this with my monthly subscription. Hello, is anyone there! 5/30/23 Is this place ever going to fix the the touchless was? I'm running out of stars to subtract.
1/21/24 back in December of 2023 the touch free was down for 7-8 days. I was still charged the full month. Once again, this car wash has been down for 3 days so far. Yet I'm still paying for the service!

I visited this car wash for the first time and paid for their service. The car wash itself was not bad, but upon attempting to use their vacuums afterward, I found all of them are turned off. When I called the provided number for assistance, the person on the other end claimed it was the wrong number and hung up twice without any explanation. This lack of professionalism and unresponsive customer service has left me with a negative impression, and I won't be returning to this place.

I always used the touch less washing. One of the only washing that offers touch less.Only problem is their dryer is short timed. No car can dry even 50% in that time.
