“Excellent customer service! Me and Tommy’s Express haven’t been having the best relationship recently due to troubles with my account. Teenagers at the Delaware location were not able to figure out what was wrong with my account and why it was not allowing me to go into the car wash so I went to the location at Lewis center and they had EXCELLENT customer service and they were able to figure out what the problem was in mere minutes. “I never make reviews, but this time I feel it’s needed, I usually go to blue sky for car washes, and for $20 it really doesn’t do too much, but I settled, decided to try ninja express’s wash (samurai), x10 better and worth it, some staff will first manually clean your car before sending it through which, after it all they’ll hand dry it a bit after, car came out looking so much better than it ever did at blue sky, puts them to shame; you really get your moneys worth here, same thing with their interior detailing. Did that a while ago and was very impressed with the results.”
