“I never make reviews, but this time I feel it’s needed, I usually go to blue sky for car washes, and for $20 it really doesn’t do too much, but I settled, decided to try ninja express’s wash (samurai), x10 better and worth it, some staff will first manually clean your car before sending it through which, after it all they’ll hand dry it a bit after, car came out looking so much better than it ever did at blue sky, puts them to shame; you really get your moneys worth here, same thing with their interior detailing. Did that a while ago and was very impressed with the results.”

“I recently moved here to Ohio and have been coming to this car wash since January, everytime the staff is extremely professional and courteous and my car looks great after, however the customer service I received today went above and beyond. While I was vacuuming I realized my wedding ring had slipped off of my finger and was gone. After searching my car, I was sure it was in the vacuum. Shane came to assist me right away and searched every canister, filter and beyond, even continueing after I left and following up with me by phone about his actions to find it. My wife was determined it had to be in the car if not the vacuum and it turned out it was wedged under the spare tire. Shane's actions were very much appreciated and they have gained 2 forever loyal customers! Shane is an incredibly valuable employee!”
“It’s a great place WHEN it’s working. The touchless is down too frequently. I attempt to use the service approx 20 times per year and the touchless is down at least 5 of those attempts.”

“I work for a foster care agency, and we occasionally have to transport kids on long drives. Our minivan was absolutely disgusting and desperately needed deep-cleaned. After only about 3 hours, the van was SPOTLESS. It looked brand new, and all those mystery stains and smells were completely gone! All the upholstery in the van was a completely different color when they were done! I wish we had better “before” pictures, but you can definitely tell the color difference! I can’t express how happy we are with the results. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!!”
