“I want to thank Tim Lech for his support as I needed a loaner rental car! I was away from home and I had a total engine give out on my way to Columbus, OH. Unfortunately, the events occurred two days before the fourth of July.
I was lucky to speak with Tim as he assisted in staffing support at the Polaris location. He reassured me that there were economy cars at his central Westerville, OH location. Tim was professional and was transparent about the cost associated with the cars available.
Upon return of the rental, Tim went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I had a safe way to pick up the car I owned because I am not currently living in the area. I would recommend Tim to advise people on their rental car experiences! Thank you again Tim and God Bless You!”

“Reserved a 12 seater van months in advance. Was called a couple times to confirm which I loved. Arrived to pick van up and was giving a 2024. Was busy but they got to everyone in timely manner. Van had so much space and drove smooth. Dropping off van was just as easy. I think the best part was how great the customer service was. You don't have that a lot anymore. So thank you guys”
“I needed a rental car while I had my suv repaired. Enterprise Rental in Gahanns was able to work with my insurance and find me a somewhat equivalent rental to my suv. They picked me up at Caliber Collision Repair shop after dropping my car off. They were able to do all paperwork with me very quickly and give me a copy and I was on my way. When my suv was ready to be picked up, I simply just had to leave it at repair shop. Enterprise picked it up and then sent to my insurance with a digital copy to me. Such a smooth process!!”
“Always helpful with resolving issues, checking in and out is always efficient and smooth transactions. Friendly service, clean environment feels like friends when I visit to renew my Uber. Cars are clean and when it’s time for oil change or change of tires the mechanic does an efficient job.”
“Very good overall experience with Enterprise. Rented a Toyota Corolla with low mileage but with a leaking tire. After fixing it with a partner, Enterprise offered a compensation for the trouble.
Would definitely seek them again for a future rental.”

I was assured by the gentleman that helped me that there was no deed to work and he took care of it. He was so nice & helpful. I did not get his name but he was the only guy working Wednesday, 6/19, 11am.”

“Rented a premium car and got a Impala. Friendly staff at this location. Being a Presidents Circle member, I was hoping for an upgrade of some sort, but I at least got what I paid for. Note that all Columbus area Hertz locations are franchised. I always get upgraded at corporate locations.”
“Very helpful upgrading me because of the weather for free I was able to stay an extra night and pay I returned the vehicle after hours so I did not receive a receipt so I when I called in about it I had to request 80 some dollars back for the cost of a full tank of gas and an extra day and I had returned to the prior night and had a full tank of gas in”
“My car was stolen so I had to get a rental car. Dee is who I interacted with the most, but everyone there is a super nice and willing to work with you. I still haven’t gotten my car back so I’m not sure how long I’ll have a rental.”
“I highly recommend this location. I have received consistently excellent service for many years here. Looking at some of the other reviews posted here, I feel badly and will tell my fellow renters I run into here to make sure and post their reviews. I confess that, despite having gone here for many years, it never occurred to me to post a review. This is especially bad because folks then only see the posts from very disappointed renters. It gives the wrong impression of this great location. I first used this location to drop off cars I would pick up at the airport on my return home -cheaper than a taxi!- and to drop off one way rentals from when my flight would get diverted to say, Dayton or Cleveland. I soon started using them for local rentals whenever we were between cars or temporarily needed a bigger car (lots of luggage) or a more fuel efficient one than our current vehicles. I should point out that I frequently use Uber and Lyft locally BUT have found that if I making more than a couple of trips in a day it is far more economical to rent from a neighborhood location than to make multiple Uber/Lyft trips, Especially if it is over the weekend, during rush hour, or you book the car a day or two ahead of time. Of course, while I have had success in this particular example I will use, I do not recommend waiting until, say, the day before Thanksgiving, and expect to get a car quickly. :-) Finally, I don't think anyone will mind if I point out this location also handles Avis rentals.”

“Everyone at the location I purchased at was extremely helpful, kind, and informative. This place was easy to contact, and every time I spoke to a direct employee. They also handled my situation with complete understanding. Also the smoothness of the purchase with getting to use a regular debit card and when dropping off the keys within five days getting my refund for the hold. Every employee (especially the young lady) was so kind and personable! We are renting from this location again.”
“Renting at this place was good experience. I rented large size SUV and they gave me larger than that which was not something i was expecting.Whoever was there at office was nice gentlemen, i was little late and he called me to confirm if i still need vehicle, vehicle was ready when i reached. It was not clean so i asked him and he took the vehicle back , cleaned it and gave it to me. There were scratches on the car and he noted all the things and gave me slip so that i wont be charged when I return. Asked for CDW but i declined as i have that from my credit card.Over all this agency is good.Pros:Cheaper than other rental agencies.Cons:1.As cheaper the car quality may or may not be great, while i was waiting i had some customers come in to replace car due to issues in car2. Even though cleaned at my request but this should have been done prior ( i had to wait longer than expected due to this).”

“I have rented from this company several times, I can usually get the truck I want same day and the rates are great. Also, when moving last year we rented a storage facility. This is family owned and operated, they give great service and are always very nice when working with them.”
