Awesome Staff, Manager, Service. Driving Uber I have many opportunities, often multiple times a day to visit Blue Sky. Each location is clean, well maintained, and best of all staffed with friendly and helpful employees. Several locations have compressed air which comes in handy for crevices and vents. The Ceramic seems pricey however is worth every dollar you spend on it. Over time you can see a huge difference in the finish on the car, it shines even more. The automatic carpet cleaners that wash and vacuum carpets for you keep them looking fluffy and like new. Vacuums are strong and they present a variety of heads to use. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained with staff in and around the building cleaning and emptying trash.I like that the facilities are well lit and appear to have cameras. I always feel comfortable and safe when i am out of my car in the parking area and pretreat lanes.Each facility has its own personality and Staff. I really cant say any one is better than the other however a big shout out to the Manager and staff at E Powell Rd. They always go above and beyond to be friendly.

Blue Sky is our go to for our family van. It does a great job, employees are courteous and knowledgeable, and you can't beat the free vacs!

The racist I met there did not allow me register for the on going promo I received in an email. The funny thing is I said ok and while driving out he quickly shut down the entry into the wash place. I don’t know if the coward thought I was going in there. You need proper training and customer service orientation.Blue sky wash shouldn’t be sending promotions that won’t be honored or embarrass customers!Update: Your problem is that you are not taking responsibility of actions, you can be defensive all you want. You failed to honor your side. All the times I have driven through there, the entrance shutting down has never happened. You know what you did, stand by it.State your details in the emails!!!DO NOT ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CAN’T HONOR & THEN EMBARRASS CUSTOMERS!

Car wash does a great job,well maintained I have been a member for a long while,my only complaint ,I was in 2 times this week,Saturday, Sunday, the attendance likes to have cars about 2 feet apart, I about got rear-ended both days,they stopped it 2 times ,very unsafe,why get in a hurry,please address

I had a trial for 30 days when they were running a special. I decided that their best was wash wasn’t much better than their cheapest wash so I asked them to change my account to the cheapest one. They “forgot” to change it and by the time I realized I was still being charged the premium price, 2 billing cycles had passed. A little while later I decided to cancel completely and did that at the car wash. I just found out today that BlueSky has been charging me for the last two months even though I canceled my account!! Their first overcharging was supposed to be a mistake. This second and third rebilling is FRAUD. Beware of this company.

Decent car wash, I get a better clean than a few other places around Columbus. I love that they have the bug station if you’re grill is a little more dirty from travel.

Helpful employees and a great carwash. Vacuums work really well and the monthly plan is very reasonable.
