The evening I went there was only one cashier. The cashier knew the person she was waiting on and they decided to keep talking for over five minutes after that lady's sale was finished while I was waiting in line behind her. When the cashier finally decided to wait on me, she was rude and I felt it was because I was only buying two small items, and I was interrupting her conversation with her friend since I was in line. The cashier was curt and she shoved my bag towards me when the sale was finished. I also work retail and I did not say anything to her. Even while her and her friend were talking and ignoring me. I just stood there and waited my turn. I understand that retail is very hard but she was extremely rude. Note: I was the only person in line after her friend. This was the first time I was ever treated so badly at this store. I purposely went on a week night and in the evening, because it's not as crowded and I could run in and get the couple items I needed. That plan backfired. Unfortunately, this is the closest store to where I live. And I work two jobs meaning I work seven days a week. Not sure if I'll go in the store again or if I will go online.

Went to exchange a candle that did not smell good, Bailey the store manager would not exchange stating that half of the candle was used! I told her that the site states “Return anything, anytime for any reason. 100% Guaranteed”, she said that policy was just changed!!! I told her she was just being difficult and she was, I have never returned candles and felt embarrassed by the way she spoke to me. Went to another store and the item was exchanged without a fuss!

Everyone is so nice here. Pickups are always super quick and easy. Thank you for being so kind for my 4 year old son who wanted to smell allll the candles today. :)

This place has the worst customer service. An racist incident happened to me as a black woman that wounds my heart. Bath and body works need to teach their employee about racism and customer services. I had to walk away cause I have a lot to lose then these racist white people.
