“I towed my car to the nearest mechanic shop with availability. They said they’re closing soon and they have a drop box for keys if the tow doesn’t make it by closing time and they’ll get to it tomorrow. They recommended ee towing who showed up in less than 30 minutes & took only a few minutes to hook the car and leave. The shop called in the morning stating they were about to begin reviewing the vehicle and quoted a service charge for that. I was also quoted a charge for what I thought would be an alternator issue(875) and after the review they called To tell me the belt was gone and the price to fix it. They would call back to tell me if that solved everything or if I needed an alternator and or battery. She called reporting the belt change was all that was necessary. Total was 275 or so & they advised me at pick up that I should change two of my tires soon. While I’m satisfied with all the service, all of the pricing was substantially greater than any other shop. Being frustrated and In a rush, I just paid for all of it to make sure I can work the next day.”

“We use this Midas for all, but one, of our vehicles (we have 5). We are able to get in quickly and service is usually done within a day. the employees are very nice and are truthful with repairs. It's nice to have that.
This time the texting was set up to tell me when the vehicle went into the bay and texted when it was done. I really like this feature. This helped me budget my time throughout the day for pickup”

“I've been taking my cars here for 15+ years. Staff is always friendly, never tries to push or upsale, and the work has always been top notch. You can probably find some slightly cheaper places around for some of the work, but there are almost always coupons available here, and they really do very quality work. I have never had to worry about my cars in their care and will continue to take them here as long as I'm in the area.”
