“We have owned a refrigerator for about a month. We purchased an extended warranty as well. Unfortunately, we had a tech come look at the fridge today because it stopped cooling. We were told that we have to unplug the fridge for 3-4 days to allow a buildup of ice melt. We have no other refrigerator or freezer. It states under the extended warranty that food loss is covered. I was told today that because it's still under the manufacturer warranty the extended warranty does not apply. I called both AF and whirlpool and nobody is willing to reimburse us for food loss or offer a loaner. This will be our last purchase from AF!I am editing my review: I decided to call Assurant and they filed a claim for me. I was frustrated as I contacted AF corporate and was told food loss was not covered but thankfully it is. We really do love this location, especially Thomas!”

“We have an older Dyson DC-14 vacuum. It stopped working recently, but I was reluctant to throw it away. Yesterday, I called Carmen’s in Westerville and spoke with Luke. He was kind and offered a couple of suggestions I had tried but also welcomed me to bring the machine to the store. I did do yesterday afternoon. Luke was there and tried the vacuum. It made the noise I’d described. He moved it to the counter and took the impeller apart. He cleaned out the rotating ends, reinstalled it, and it worked like a charm! Thank you, Luke! I know not every repair is as simple as mine. I was fortunate. But please try to give repair a shot if you at all can. I know if I have a vacuum problem again, I’ll head to Carmen’s and ask for Luke! Thanks again!”

“The in-store experience was great. We went to probably 5 different mattress stores and all but Mattress Kingdom would try to force a specific brand or style on you and tell you what you needed. Taven was very relaxed and not trying to shove anything down our throats. He let us wander the beds at our leisure and answered any questions we had. Our experience with him is ultimately why we went back and ordered a bed from him. He was willing to work with our budget to get us situated.The install team came and installed the bed frame and mattress this morning. The were also accommodating, quick and very nice to work with.Overall I would recommend Mattress Kingdom for your next bed purchase.”

“I just want to take a moment and say THANK YOU to Blair and Richard! My husband sent me to get some kind of screw I had never heard of before in my life. Blair picked up on the fact that I was lost and was so kind and understanding to my plight. Richard also asked all kinds of excellent questions to try to get to the bottom of the issue as well (although I didn’t have many great answers which was not at all his fault.). Both of them were extremely helpful and even though I wasn’t able to find the screw I needed, I will absolutely be returning to this Home Depot in particular due to the kindness shown to me by these two associates. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was of the lack of judgement and willingness to help me. Thank you Blair and Richard so much!!”

“They're great. It's always easy to find someone when you need help, and the staff is very friendly. The service desk employees go above and beyond to make sure that they resolve any issues. Now I find out they offer free delivery on some items? Amazing. It's super helpful when you have a booked schedule and only have a day at most to take care of some projects. Suddenly you can take your little evening downtime to put together list and poof, it's all there when you need it without spending hours getting there, searching around and getting back. I love shopping there, but the online experience is clutch.

“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with the Lowe's which is up the road. So I came here and a very nice young lady named Olivia helped me to buy my new very lightweight weed wacker. :) I am still grumpy with the local Lowe's and am so happy that there is a very nice alternative. And home Depot also gives a veteran/military discount similiar to the one that Lowe's offers. Thank you for the GREAT customer service. I will be back. I got a great deal...my new weed wacker was under a hundred bucks! The one that I had purchased from Lowe's was MUCH heavier and broke after just a few uses...evil thing..haha. Working with that stupid thing caused me so much stress. I am so excited to try this new lightweight battery operated one! :)”

“Will update as we get progress-Took my time shopping around for new appliances. While the sales guy was super patient with my questions, I’m not happy about my purchase there. Purchased washer & dryer set on 3/05/23. Was told it should take about a week for delivery but due to supply issues/covid etc it could take up to a month. Since my current washer dryer are still (barely) functioning I figured we can try to hold out that longReceived an email on 3/13 (the day after the scheduled delivery date they put on the paperwork) stating that the delivery day to the warehouse/store is May 29th! That’s about 12 weeks. I called to speak about this situation and what could be done. We would have to pay a restocking fee (up to 50% of purchase price!) if we wanted to swap it out with something that could be here sooner.Update*** the day after posting this I was contacted by the store to figure this out. Spoke with both store employee and manager. Thankfully it’s delivery day to store was updated to 4/10. It actually ended up being earlier and the set was delivered to my home on April 5th about a month after purchase, much appreciated!! The delivery was smooth and the gentlemen that delivered were great.”
