Good cleanliness, polite clientele, group training sessions are worth the money - ask for Myles, he's good at training. Only miff is that you have to purchase sessions in batches instead of pay as you book.EDIT: Myles not Kyle's

Awesome gym. Clean, great equipment, welcoming environment and staff is very personable. Wish all AF's carried this owners standards.
