I don’t trust anyone but Nini with my nails. She is incredibly precise and takes her time to make sure each nail is perfect. Whether it’s a pedicure or manicure, Nini always does the BEST job!!

I went and got my nails done with the intention of getting acrylics but was talked out of getting that by the tech and instead get gel X because it “lasts longer and looks more natural.” I got my nails done for my vacation and they lasted 4 days before they started to get my hair stuck underneath them therefore making them loose and pop off. I called and rescheduled, however situations happened where I had canceled flights and work and therefore couldn’t make my appointment and voiced that to them by leaving multiple voicemails and no one getting back to me until the day of. I asked for a refund and they said the best they can do is have me come in today or get half off the next set bc I “pushed it back too long” when these events were out of my control. So now I am out of over $80 and no nails!

The place is unwelcoming. I stood there without a hello and then the elderly lady with the blonde hair was giving an unwelcoming snobby approach while I made an appointment. I would not come here to get nails done if you want peace in your life.

i got charged $120 for a set of gel-x nails with relatively simple art and it took 2.5 hours for them to be done. there's a TON of glue under the nails making them super chunky, the shape is pretty uneven, the base coat is splotchy, and the art is nice but not as neat as it could've been. for that amount and that length of time i just expect so much more. bummer because the people there were nice, i was just less than thrilled with my service.

Amazing service + Nails!
First off the place was so cute! And pretty, everything was organized, clean, and smelled good. I loved the theme of the salon!
Everyone was welcoming and my nail tech was so nice and easy to talk to. She took her time making sure along the way that they looked great! I am so happy with the outcome, my nails look exactly like the picture! Definitely making this salon my go to.

I've been to Allure 4 or 5 times and have always been super pleased with the outcome. I most recently went in for a Dip On and Off and had this vision for a sparkly, Christmas-y red but didn't immediately see anything in the color selections. The nail tech (never got her name) helped me figure out how to add a glitter on top of the color I liked and it turned out PERFECTLY. They were honest with me about not needing a manicure, which I appreciate because it doesn't feel like they are trying to get extra money out of me. She was also really quiet, which was nice for me, I dread talking to a stranger for an hour, lol. They are also really easy to schedule with - this time they got me in same day. Would highly recommend!

Michele did a great job on my nails today! I went in and couldn’t figure out what I wanted but we put our heads together and came up with a super cute almond glittery emerald green nail, perfect for fall! Scheduled an appointment for 2 full acrylic sets with nail art, but my reservation was filed improperly by whoever answered the phone. They did not ask any clarifying questions during the call, and since this was my first time at Allure, I figured there would be no issues.When I arrived, my artist was rushed into doing my set, because she said “only one of my appointments requested nail art”. This created an uneasy atmosphere between me and my artist, as she made it apparent that she was frustrated/stressed with the scheduling error. It was fine, as accidents happen, but I assumed I would still receive adequate service and artwork despite the salon’s scheduling error.My issue came mainly with the quality of acrylics I received, as they’re very uneven, and not even the correct shape (I asked for Stiletto, but got Almond). Additionally, there is excess acrylic built up underneath my nails, when I specified it be filed off, my polish is bumpy w/ bubbles, and the design is not crisp.My artist didn’t introduce herself to me, which would’ve been helpful… but the quality of nails I received was not worth $130+ after tip. (Update: her name was MARY)What I asked for vs. what I received. As you can see, the lines are not sharp as I had requested from the photo. Overall not a good experience & I will not be returning. If a manager could reach out to me in terms of a full/partial refund or compensation, it would be appreciated.
