“Dr. Shannon and her staff provided excellent care to my dogs and puppies over the past 3 years. I am unfortunately relocating out of state but I wanted to share my experiences/thoughts. The staff is amazing and always welcoming, understanding, helpful and remain pleasant even on very busy and hectic days. They have the option to communicate via text and provide almost immediate response and assistance. One of my dogs developed a heart issue and Dr. Shannon took the time to work directly with his cardiologist in Virginia and facilitate any bloodwork needs locally. He did succumb from his illness and Dr. Shannon and the staff provided me with amazing support and compassion. Onsite X-ray and blood draws available and very accommodating to emergency visits even during COVID-19.”

“I was not able to get an appointment until February for our normal vet. I was able to get an appointment at Sunny Ridge. Took my dog in on the wrong day, and they worked him. My dog was treated great. They were no pressure and gave prices for everything. I think I we have found a new vet to see. Just to follow up about a week later. Our Bruiser is so much better than when I took him.”

“I could not say enough positive things about South Mill! I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. Yesterday there was a potentially life threatening situation with my two week old kitten who was abandoned by his mother and when I called they told us to come right away. Every staff member was kind and sweet and they took great care of my baby. They didn’t charge us as much as they were supposed to because he is so little and he’s doing so much better now. Thank you Dr. Noble and the staff for fighting for my sweet boy, I am so grateful!”

She went above and beyond for me and my dog today and I'm very thankful for her ability to put my mind at ease when I was feeling overwhelmed.”
