Was in the store to buy primers. Went to gun counter and was looking at shotguns. Two employees were chatting at the end of the counter looked at me a couple of times and never asked if I wanted anything. The girl at customer service was pleasant, took my money and I left.

Brenda at the Lebanon store is the person to see for service and follow through. She remembered my phone call from earlier in the year about a Lund 1775 (it was in another Vance store). After I brought the boat home, she facilitated the transfer of an extra boat seat I had asked to be transferred from that other store!
Brenda is the person to see for service and getting things done.
