He was able to get me a better rate, he was extremely knowledgeable about the EV tax credit and was upfront about what would void that credit. I live a ways away and only have Sundays off. He came in on his day off to help me get everything taken care of. Could not recommend Sam and VIP more.”
“So I am here to share an experience worthy of recognition! I bought a used car in August 2024,, ‘as is.’ I am normally very diligent on researching big purchases, but I did not in this case.
The purchase process was smooth and quick, which is a plus for me because time is money! Two weeks after I got the car, there were a few issues that I brought to Becks attention. ISSUES were corrected!!!! Becks could have held the position of ‘as is,’ but they DID NOT. They not only fixed the issue but corrected an aesthetic annoyance. All done in good faith.
I will highly recommend, and, will be purchasing another used car in the next 6 months from Becks!!”

“Roughly 4 weeks ago I visited Patriot Auto Mart to see a 2019 Subaru Outback. I spoke with Nick on the phone before making the trip to better understand the car's history and he openly shared what he knew about the car and the service work they had performed. When I arrived, I met with Handsome Stephen to see the car and set up a test drive. The Outback was how they had described it (online and over the phone). They do all of their own servicing and mechanical work in their shop onsite. The Outback ran great, functioned as it should (all systems worked) and has continued to do so since I bought it. Nick and Stephen pride themselves on getting great finds in the previously owned car market, and they work hard to provide a great working car to their customers. They want to do the right thing for their customers and I'm super happy that I found them and the Outback they had available for sale. Thank you Nick and handsome Stephen!”
“On my wife's account but anyways I just bought a Buick Lesabre off Paul Brun and it's a great car for only $2,500. As to be expected because of it's age I'm redoing lines on the car and all but hey it's a used car not a new one. Some reviewers don't understand that if your going to drive any used cars you really need to know how to work on them or at the very least have some knowledge about car systems and repair. Anyways this guy's alright in my opinion and I believe a Christian which makes him a brother in Christ!”

I was looking for a good reliable vehicle for my grandmother who lives out of town. He was very flexible and held the vehicle for us when an emergency pushed back our expected pickup date we had agreed on. The employees were also very kind and there was a great selection of vehicles. I mentioned the battery looking a little old in the vehicle we were looking at - Larry instantly ordered one and installed it in the vehicle before we purchased it. When it comes to saving a few bucks and knowing that I can make it to work, Pete’s is who I trust. My best friend got his first truck at their Dayton store when we were in high school (maybe a few years back lol). He had great luck and I learned to drive a stick for the first time on that truck. “I just had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life! My wife and I have been looking for a hybrid vehicle for the past few weeks and I’ve gone to different locations with multiple unpleasant experiences. Performance Kings Honda was a completely different experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Mahoganie, a sales consultant, and her warm, bubbly personality won us over instantly. She was extremely helpful and was quick to retrieve two different vehicles that we had our eye on when we drove through the lot. After we chose the one we wanted she was quick to assess our trade-in and the team worked diligently to get the process started. Everything was straightforward and the financial manager, George was very helpful and processed us within 15 minutes. I was so impressed with the experience, I made a point to speak to the sales manager Glen to let him know how great Mahoganie and George were, and that this was the best car buying experience I ever had. “Called Cronin after the right rear brakes started locking up on our 2016 Wrangler. Receptionist said service was busy, so I decided to take a chance driving it from Middletown to Lebanon (roughly 15 miles) unannounced. Not usually a wise choice with brakes locking up, but I had no other option while traveling on the Saturday before Labor Day.
Arrived at Cronin and a dapper young gent in a suit from Sales walked me to see Kevin in service. Without hesitation Kevin found someone to look at my Jeep and then fixed it. Kevin was honest, forthcoming, and fair in the repair; turned out to be a stuck caliper slide.
Thanks to Kevin and his great team, who already had enough on their schedule that day, we made it safely back to Michigan.
If you're ever in Lebanon, Ohio, stop by Cronin Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Not only is their Service Department excellent to work with, but the entire dealership is clean, bright, and filled with employees who clearly have a passion for customer service.
