This morning, I had the worst experience at this udf in my life, and it was the general manager and the assistant manager who gave the worst experience. They were rude and very unprofessional, and I hope that corporate watches the video that goes alone with it. Me and two other customers and I were talking about how rude they were to me for no reason. I asked for chocolate/Carmel creamer, and then GM loudly told me that we never had that creamer, and I didn't know what i was talking about. I told her that they did because I just came and used it. As she was putting some creamer away she stop and went to go ring people up when it was my turn i told the gm no thank you, when I got to the assignment manager she told me that it was between me and her and to leave her out of it just as rude as the GM did. The other two customer was in shock about how they treated me. When I told them I was making a complaint, they both said they don't care. All over creamer. The other customer said that it was very sad how rude they were to me, and I left out and went to another udf that treats before nicer, and i will NOT be returning to this location. This location needs to change some of the workers starting with the gm and her and assistant. Corporate we as every day customers are crying out for you guys to help this location because having poor staff will cause this location to do down fast.

I love to get ice cream in the evening time and sit down outside at the table and chairs. They have the best milk shakes too. They also have very clean bathrooms.

I won't be coming back here ever again.
If you're going to hire kids make sure they're not socially retard3d. There is no reason as to why the little girl behind the counter should be looking at people coming to the counter to pay for their things like they are creeps ?

Forgot to write this back on Valentine’s Day, but this sweet lady, a udf employee, was so kind to my toddler and it just really made the day great for her. The morning employees are fantastic. Only been here in the evening once or twice and they were also very kind. Love the great customer service here, clean store, and great selection of drinks and snacks.

I don't think the Lady in the Purple hair wants to work there. I ove UDF don't get me wrong. I aways get their coffee in the mornings after night shift whenever I have anywhere else to go that morning, but I can tell that she really didn't want to be there when I came up to the cash register. Like I'd rather get my coffee and go in peace, thanks.
