Very dissatisfied with the last visit came in for an oil change was The second one for the day I waited well over 4 hours for them to keep telling
Me they will get to it and then proceeded to tell me everything under the sun is wrong with my vehicle.
Wouldn’t NOT!!!!! Recommend this location very poor job in what they do wouldn’t take back again.

These guys are great.!! Had a overheating issue in my truck and took it in Saturday. Looked at it immediately and diagnosed the problem in a matter of hours. Great price and great service. Will definitely be a customer for life

We got a nail in our tire while driving on the highway, so we stopped in for a fix. We were in and out in under 30 minutes with amazing service (s/o to tommy finding 2 nails!), a reasonable price, and the holes patched. Thanks guys! Five stars!

Would not trust to go here again - PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR!!!!
Got my oil changed here may 16th 2024, didn’t do much driving that week and then may 25th drove 2 hours to Kentucky when my check engine light came on… checked the code & said it was something working with my oil control valve, was stranded in Kentucky for the night unable to drive back home or go to a mechanic since it was Memorial Day weekend. Had my oil drained and changed the next day & drove home 2 hours perfectly fine. Drove to Tennessee the next weekend and no problem. They 10000% put in the wrong oil here when I got it changed, because I have never had that issue with my car in the times that I’ve gotten my oil changed before this. WILL NOT GO BACK HERE/ DO NOT TRUST THEM!! CARELESS mechanics.

These guys squeezed me in right before they closed!! Noticed I had a nail in my tire at 5:30 and made my way there and the guys were so nice and helpful! The patch is great! Will absolutely be coming back with any car issues in the future. Great customer service!

Recently visited Tire Discounters on Main Street in Lebanon Ohio. General manager Bobby Graham treated me most excellently very courteous very helpful. I would definitely recommend this tire store for anybody looking to get new tires. It is getting harder and harder to find good service these days I found it today I am so grateful!

5 star service. I’ve had tires replaced here twice before, and today on my third visit they did not try to upsell anything when my husband showed them my tire with a giant screw in it. They repaired it and didn’t charge for it when I asked how much it would be upon pickup, and for that they will continue to have me as a lifelong customer. Fantastic customer service by manager Tim and his entire crew. I will be back for a new set of tires shortly since I’m due for a new set and will be referring family and friends here all because of their honesty and generosity. Bravo ??

Bobby and his staff are friendly, honest and helpful when it comes to my cars needs. I’ve been to several of the area Tire Discounters locations and not been impressed with them like I am Lebanon (Main).
