We had a horrible experience with young person at a coffee shop just half an hour earlier. Expectations were set very low for the day but, much to my pleasant surprise, we dealt with two young ladies who were personable, patient, helpful, and professional. KUDOS to these young ladies!Great selection of boots with reasonable prices.”

“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“My daughter recently had a birthday. She received a Nike gift card from her aunt! When she went to scratch the PIN number off the actual numbers came off with it!! This was a beyond stressful event. We started with Nike customer service which I hate to say, that got us absolutely no where! The guy on the phone wasn’t real polite and could not even tell us if we needed the PIN number to use the card in the store and suggested we try it in the store! Unfortunately, we are an hour away from any Nike store. After calling the gift card company and the store it was purchased and getting no where I decided to call this location. AND THANK GOD I DID. That’s when I came across Kelsey! She was such a sigh of relief. She wasn’t even sure she could help me at first but she was super pleasant and she TRIED! She even advised she would call Nike customer service when she had a break! We ended up calling Kelsey back to ask another question while we waited on her to call customer service. She was now seeing something different in a different platform at their registers. She ended up telling us to come and see them and they would do their best to take care of us. Jason, Tony, Kelsey and Megan were all super wonderful. They were genuine in their responses and felt bad for this situation we were in. They handled the situation with care and respect. We thank them for the time they spent that day in helping us!SIDE NOTE! SCRATCH GENTLY ON GIFT CARDS WHERE THE PIN NUMBER IS!!!! lol.”

“Nike blazers are great for working out or just to wear for fun. They have a comfortable tight look to them with great ankle support. i've had mine for about a year now and they've become my daily shoe because i love how comfy yet stylish they are. The blazers came out in 1973 and made a huge hit just this year. The white with the soft black nike swoosh makes the shoe pop and will match with anything you wear! The only complaint i have is when they're tightly laced they can be trick to put back in but it's easily fixable!”

“I was having a really hard time finding the strength to go shopping for my Dad’s funeral. An experience that is usually enjoyable or for the purpose of searching for that perfect something for a celebration, couldn’t have been more opposite. I called before I arrived and Cory said he believed there were some great options for me— and that he would even pull them & place them in a dressing room for me before my arrival. Amy was so kind and helpful with getting me different sizes and offering advice. What amazing customer service. Thank you Cory & Amy for walking me through this with such care & support.”
“The lady helping me there looked like a young Vanessa Campbell (from Martin). I asked if a pair of shoes were on sale, but she pointed out that the markings on the box said no. She took my coupon, and looked up ,y rewards to get me $50 off. That brought the price from $159 to $109. That was close to the $79 sale price. I buy all my shoes here.”
