There was a middle-aged woman in the store who was quite rude to me. I’ll never go back again to that store. I’ve been to other Sherwin-Williams stores in the past. In the future, I will go to stores who know how to treat people right.

Needed some paint to cover a drywall patch on a wall that had a crack from the house settling. Sherwin-Williams employee met me at the door, took my paint swatch, found the matching color and delivered the can to my car. So I stayed safe and did not have to even go into the store. Thank you.

I had to call from my car due to the current social distancing rules. The salesman brought out swatches for me to see before I picked one of the many blacks. Then he brought the finished product of paint out to my car. Very easy.
