I just had my vehicle serviced and I am completely satisfied. The pricing is very fair. The owner takes great pride in his work. He was like a friendly neighbor. If I ever have any car trouble, I will take it to Russell's.

Took a vehicle here for an ABS problem. Was a tow in.After them having it for a long time considering I had an appointment I get a call asking me to authorize a repair.I asked what needed replaced and an exact price.His reply was “I’d have to dig into it more” and said “it’s gonna be expensive”.Now of course I wasn’t going to authorize a repair without knowing a price or the problem and when i told him that he became belligerent and said “well just come and get it then” and hung up on me.When I went to pick it up he wanted $79.95 which I paid but he refused to give me a receipt for.Had it towed to another shop.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They have had my car for a month and I'm still not sure they have done anything to it, they say it needs a new transmission because the clutch has welded it's self in (the clutch is inside the transmission) they didn't take out the transmission and take it apart so how do they know that, and then they say they don't rebuild transmission's, and in the same phone call/conversation they guy I'm talking to tells me that he is the guy that rebuilds transmissions. This is all after they had had the car for two weeks and siad they had looked at it when it hadn't moved since I dropped it off she go to and from work that way everyday and was checking on it.

I can see why this place is so highly rated! I was in town visiting family from California my car started leaking oil I called 5 shops got ranges from $60-155 to get a visual diagnostic I called Russel's He didn't charge me anything to look at it and was able to work me in a very busy schedule to accommodate our travel schedule Everyone we worked with was Amazing!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

My son's alternator failed enroute home to Indianapolis over the weekend. On Monday we called Russell's around noon, and he said he could have it replaced same day, which he did... and for a reasonable price. I would recommend Russell's. Got us back on the road quickly and fairly.
