“We went looking for a new living room set on Memorial Day. When we walked in, we were greeted by Laura and then we were free to shop around at our own leisure. Once we found a set we liked we went back and got Laura. She sat down with us and answered all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product , all of the warranties, and deliveries details. Riley’s prices are extremely fair and they make all of their own deliveries with their own people. They have a very good warranty and an easy return policy. I would go back to Riley‘s from now on for all of my future furniture needs. I believe the small family owned brick, and mortar stores are so much better than online or big box.”

“Stopped in 8/4/24 to look at furniture. Was greeted upon entry. Wasnt expecting to buy a new furniture set, but the staff at the store was friendly and helpful ensuring all needs were met. When I checked out to pay, the manager worked hard to give the most months for financing on the Ashley cc which was great. Was also gifted the option to select a gift after purchase based on the amount of $ spent. This was a nice gesture. Delivery updates were seemless and I was updated throughout the process. The delivery men were friendly and quick. Was overall a great experience. Anyone looking for furniture, I would say definitely check out Ashley in Mason. They currently have great deals going on because they are relocating :).”
