Took a double charge out of my bank from my debit card and when I tried to call them the let the phone ring and ring then pick up and hang up on me. Needless to say I won’t be going back. Watch your card statements and bank accounts.

On January 17th, I was charged twice for the same transaction. When I brought this discrepancy up to Gil (Owner) he vehemently denied it even though I had evidence. I told him to make this right, and refund the duplicate charge over $100. Gil refused. I told him he has had multiple complains through the BBB, and before I could finish the sentence he yelled at me to GO AHEAD AND FILE.. I DONT CARE. Such a shame. Very poor business practice, and nasty attitude. I have going there for years, so he lost another customer. His employees even know this has happened in the recent past. Shame. BBB has received my complaint, and my bank has blocked any future transactions. I will also notify the Chamber of Commerce,
