About Lebanon Public Library

The Lebanon Public Library is a wonderful Carnegie library in the heart of the city at Broadway and Main. It is a beautiful, historic building that has grown into a multipurpose center with three stories. The book collection is solid and the books are always clean and available for check out. A wonderful, friendly, and kind staff abounds to help. The library offers a quiet space, a favorite place for many, and a cool storytime room. It has nice bonuses like 3D printers and a new addition of games and puzzles. For children, there are crafts and activities like Safety Town in the parking lot. To the west is a library park with a shaded pavilion, benches, chairs, and tables where the library's wi-fi reaches, making it a beautiful place to read or work. Some note the collection is a little small with not too many DVDs or CDs, and the website could be updated. Depending on the time of day, the nearby traffic can be a little loud. Overall, it is a great library and a library worth going back to.
