We've had the pleasure of working with Matt McLaughlin at Lebanon Ford over the last 3 years, and the rest of the team there has been excellent as well. Our interactions have included placing our order for a Bronco in 2021, changing that order in early 2022, taking delivery in 2022, regular vehicle maintenance, selling that Bronco in late 2023, and now purchasing a new F150. Through every step, Matt has been invested in the best outcomes for us. No markups, no pressure tactics, just honest service and friendship. We've received fair values for trade-ins and for the resale of the Bronco. Lebanon Ford is one of the only dealers in the region that committed to no additional markups on special orders while others were adding $3k-$10k plus in the last few years. We fully expect to buy from Matt and Lebanon Ford again in the future.

One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. The pictures of the used car on the website were great and showed all aspects of the car. Greg, our salesperson was awesome to work with. He was super in setting up a time to come see the car and was very helpful in making the sale quick and smooth. Will highly recommend Lebanon Ford in the future.

Trisha and Dan were absolutely fantastic. We had already purchased a truck back in March and I knew when it came time to buy another vehicle I had to come back and see Trisha. She is amazing and makes you feel welcomed and takes her time to ensure all questions were answered. Dan my finance gentleman was outstanding he as well made sure we had the best coverage and answered all questions. I will always come to Lebanon Ford.

Brant Benson was a very good sales person who went above all standards to get me into the mustang of my choice. He worked with me every step through the whole process. Brant is also a great person who is down to earth and very friendly. He treated me very good . Also Lebanon Ford has proven to me to be the best Ford dealership in the area. Great experience working with Trisha and Dan. Trisha was very knowledgeable about Teslas and made sure the car I wanted had FSD and other features I was looking for. I absolutely love my Model S Plaid!
The only thing I wish I would’ve checked was the tires. They had to be upgraded, but other than that, I haven’t had an issues.

I brought my 2011 F 150 in for an oil change. My service advisor was Chad Steward. He did a great job going over the details of my service, showing me what the technician found while going over my truck. They discovered a problem with my brakes that I wasn’t aware of. I definitely will be bringing it back to get that repaired. They do a great job! The waiting area is very clean and nice as well. I highly recommend!!
