Called Cronin after the right rear brakes started locking up on our 2016 Wrangler. Receptionist said service was busy, so I decided to take a chance driving it from Middletown to Lebanon (roughly 15 miles) unannounced. Not usually a wise choice with brakes locking up, but I had no other option while traveling on the Saturday before Labor Day.
Arrived at Cronin and a dapper young gent in a suit from Sales walked me to see Kevin in service. Without hesitation Kevin found someone to look at my Jeep and then fixed it. Kevin was honest, forthcoming, and fair in the repair; turned out to be a stuck caliper slide.
Thanks to Kevin and his great team, who already had enough on their schedule that day, we made it safely back to Michigan.
If you're ever in Lebanon, Ohio, stop by Cronin Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Not only is their Service Department excellent to work with, but the entire dealership is clean, bright, and filled with employees who clearly have a passion for customer service.
Weirdly intrigued by the pink Wrangler climbing the "rock" wall...

I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Cronin Dealership in Lebanon, OH. The service, care and attention provided was over the top. The car was detailed and fully charged when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. All the staff were extremely friendly and the salesman very knowledgeable with regards to explaining the operation of the vehicle. I would highly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a new or used car, that you be sure to visit this dealership.

Just visited Cronin CDJR to get some body work done and look at new vehicles. Had an excellent overall experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Service department did a fantastic job in a timely manner on my current car. And I now have 3 great options to choose from for a new vehicle in the next few weeks. Thanks to Andy and staff for being so professional and efficient during my visit! I'll be back soon.

Just bought my 2nd truck from Cronin in Lebanon , what a great experience it was. This place treats me like family !! And after I got my truck the general manager came out shook my hand and stood around and talked to me. Never had that happen before. And I can’t say enough good things about the service department, always friendly and they go out of their way to make it a good experience. I love this place. Thank you Cronin CDJR of Lebanon !!!!!!

My lady and I were taking a short business trip to Kentucky this past few days. On the way there our Ram Black Widow had an electrical issue where the whole dash panel lights and warning lights were flashing and and no gages were working. So, immediately we checked for the nearest Dodge dealership to get to. Up pops Cronins and we limped there as fast as we could.
Not only did they take care of us almost immediately they treated us like loyal customers. Problem was fixed in less than 1.5 hours and we were on our way. Can't thank them enough for the great service and if we lived in the area we'd be constant customers. FYI: we live in SWPA.

Our 2021 Jeep Rubicon was not purchased here. The hood paint begin to bubble and the warranty was going to repair the hood. The first hood that came was damaged, not the dealerships fault. While repairing the hood the service team damaged the radiator while replacing the high pressure fuel pump related to a recall. The service department used Rtv black silicone to repair the radiator but didn’t tell us there was an issue when I picked the Jeep up. I got the Jeep home and smelled antifreeze. Checking under the hood I found the issue. I had to tow the Jeep back to the dealership because it couldn’t be driven. It was a week later the radiator was replaced. When I went to pick up the Jeep again, I found that the windshield was cracked. I had to leave the Jeep again to have the windshield replaced. I do live an hour from the dealership and going back and forth during their service hours was inconvenient. At this point I am definitely thinking there is no care with vehicles being left in their care or they just want to make life hard for me. I returned to pick up the jeep tonight and there is now a huge scratch on the paint above the back fender. Please check your vehicle before leaving their lot if you choose to let this dealership service your vehicle. If you can’t stay with your vehicle, I would not allow them to provide any service. I have a hard time believe all these things accidentally happened to one person. If I could give zero stars I would. The manager was easy to deal with and tried to make things as right as he could. I think he realizes finding good workers is hard to come by and his hands are tied because they outsource the body work.

I just brought the car in for an oil change. It's been 4 hours since I've been here and they said if you bring it before 11, we will deliver it immediately. I don't recommend this place at all. I have a dog and I can't go inside. Part prices are extra expensive.

Express oil and filter change is great. Makes keeping up with maintenance very easy. So far they have done a great job. I also appreciate the Veterans discount they offer.

Chris and everyone involved was the best and got me and my wife both in the exact cars we wanted! 2 cars and 2 trade ins and still in and out within hours! Highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else for any of our car buying needs!
