I have no idea what’s going on with quality control at this Kroger (maybe a company wide issue?) The past several times I’ve purchased fruit, I’ve noticed it’s either expired or moldy as soon as I get home, or it rots and gets moldy WAY faster than if I get produce anywhere else. At my wits end with this and about to start doing my produce shopping at the farmers market.

The only grocery store that has made me so angry that they are perma banned. I drive an 30 extra minutes out of town to get groceries now. Why you ask? Well, they remodel the store every two weeks, and in turn move everything so you can never find what you are looking for. I'm unsure if this is some psyop to make you stay in the store longer or to just drive you insane. They have constantly raised prices and i'm guessing it's to pay for the bi weekly remodeling. Almost double the cost of Walmart right up the street. Just a train wreck of a grocery store. I miss small town Lebanon so much.

The Lebanon Kroger’s does not have enough employees and I walked around the store looking for help for over a half hour. The flower department is cute but no one to work. I didn’t have any help so I had to create my own bouquet. It’s a hot mess in that store and they definitely need new management.

This is by far the worst kroger around the tri state. When picking up prescriptions, and they're not ready why wouldnt the teller tell the people to come back so 20 cars aren't stuck waiting on the idiot. The store is always out of stock on items I use, and the click list people are always in the way. They also do not seem to know where anything is. What are the managers doing? Lines are always long because there aren't enough lines open. If you try to use the DIY line you get stuck behind some clown that acts like they have never seen anything like it before, and dont get me started on the old women that still have to write a damn check... A CHECK!!!!! COME ON MA'AM, just when I thought this store sucked, they went and remodeling the store. Bunch of lost aholes walking in circles. Aldi just gained a new customer

Nice store, but prices have been raised ungodly...it's pretty bad when you can buy pop (Pepsi, Mt. Dew, Coke...ect.) at some of the dollar stores at a much lower price! Wal mart has the exact brands & things that Kroger has but at a dollar or two less, Gotta stretch the buck now days....paying more doesn't make it better!
