I get they need to get lunch like all humans need to eat. But you’d think they could have a rotating schedule so that people can at least have a drop off request.

Sometimes there's a line, but that happens anywhere. From my experience the staff is very helpful. They have gone out of their way to find a better price on prescriptions for me and have always been friendly.

Never answer the phone. Drive through is always long. I don't think anyone who works Kroger pharmacy likes their job. Seems like Kroger should look into what's up with that..
