From the packing to the moving we had a phenomenal experience! I was so impressed with how well everything was done. They asked questions and thought of things I didn’t that was extremely helpful. They took such wonderful care of all of our belongings, were respectful, kind and hardworking. Thank you for making our move smooth and less stressful! I would highly recommend them!

Clearly a very desperate company. As soon as you list your house for sale they are going to bombard you with unsolicited mailers. If a business has to harass people with unsolicited mail to get business they are clearly not doing something right. I would not recommend

We’ve hired them multiple times. They always show up on time and do a great job moving whatever is needed. If I move again, I’ll definitely give them a call. Highly recommend.

Wow! Kendricks Moving and Storage is just Outstanding! No other way to say it. This is the 2nd time we have gone with the team and also utilized them for a storage option while we waited for our new place to be finished. Shout out to the team who took care of us: Cody, Austin, Randy, Christian and Tyler once again did a stellar job and were engaged and helpful throughout the entire experience as our primary moving team for the day. We had no broken items, everything was as we left it, and no dings or nicks to our floors or walls. Being retired military, I've moved all over the world and never experienced such attention to detail! Big high five for this crew of Professionals! We appreciate this team and hope that if you are in need of a moving / storage company you will give Stephanie or Jim a call at Kendrick Moving and schedule their team to make your move smooth and pain free. And if you're wondering about price....don't. Because they are one of the best prices we found and it was well worth it! If you gotta move, hope it's Kendrick you choose!

The team at Kendrick Moving is first class!! From the front office to the guys loading the trucks, everyone is professional and courteous! They squeezed us in on short notice, showed up exactly when they said they would and loaded the whole house out very efficiently! Money well spent! They did it in 6.5 hours and it would’ve taken me a couple days. They paid attention to where things were going in the new house and really took extra precaution to protect both houses during the move. I highly recommend them!

The crew of Austin, Tyler, and Luke are the three people you want to make your pack out and move in. Treated us as family and were prompt, courteous to any concerns or packing and storing issues.

Jim, Stephanie and Dan helped my wife and I get a move date set and followed up a couple times in advance to make sure we were ready. The crew showed up on time and made the move happen without any issues. No damage to a single thing or any surfaces in either old or new home. If we were to ever move again, we will use J. Herschel Kendrick.

OMG!!! i can not get over how Professional and caring Austin and Craig was today, They were the best, never have had any body that was compassionate about there job, they started right away and got it done quick but made sure my items were okay, they helped bring it in and even have some suggestions where to put some things, if i ever move again i will be going with this company,

6/29/23. We recently moved and had two young drivers. They started at 9 am and they were continuously on their phones, texting as they walked up our driveway and texting in the bedrooms, both of them. We even caught them watching videos on their phones in 2 bedrooms at two different times and then in the back of the truck watching videos together bent over our dresser. I finally called the company at 10:15 to complain which I was afraid it would cause a problem with them and of course, it did. After I made the call, their whole attitudes changed and they were not friendly anymore. Then, they totally left the move and a bunch of stuff behind without a word and I had to call their boss and they had to come back. They told the owners they asked me if it was all clear and I said yes, which couldn’t be further from the truth. Why would I say yes when I was looking at 3 truckloads of stuff I would’ve had to move myself after I was paying the movers? How would that make any sense? I also had a 50” TV that was cracked, but was told this was pretty much my fault because I didn’t have them pack it even though they are professional movers and have moving cloths if the time was taken to use them. I also have damage to a perfect Broyhill dresser that I have owned for less than 2 years that I was offered $60 for. I speculated it was dragged on the 5 concrete steps leading up to my porch since we moved from no steps, but was told - by the owner - that if it was dragged across those steps that the damage would be worse than what it was, making me feel as if it was already damaged and I was trying to get something out of them (although it is clearly new splintered wood). I don’t know how they did it - on a doorstep, on the concrete, or on the truck - I just know it happened. They also did not return the bathroom door to the hinges after they took it off. I have used this company several times in the past and always had a good experience. Not this time. Not even close. I didn’t pay $300 an hour for 2 kids to be on their phone, then give me attitude the rest of the move because I had the “nerve” to complain. That, coupled with the texting, shows the maturity level of our movers.

It is very rare to find hardworking, respectful and kind individuals in the world we live in today… And moving is a stressful time, especially when you’re a single parent with a young child. Kendrick sent 3 top tier guys to move me yesterday from my townhouse into an upstairs apartment. From start to finish they were incredible! Efficient and FAST while also being careful and the attention to detail…. They not only pointed things out to me with my current furniture, but also helped identify issues needing addressed at my new home. At the end of the job, they all shook my hand in a way that my late Grandpa would be proud of. (If you know, you know.) Thank you for everything!

What an incredible experience with Kendrick’s! We have used movers in the past and they gave us such a bad taste in our mouth. Kendrick’s came in and completely changed our view of using movers! The crew was so efficient and professional! They got the job done faster than quoted by a ton! Our old movers took 14 hours to do the job that Kendrick did in 6!! If you are looking for movers look no farther! They are the best out there!!
