After making a bunch of calls no one was able to get to my car until June finally I spoke with Barb at Image she was like honey we will get your car towed overhere tonight! The folks here are the best! I've taken several cars and they have done an amazing job at a reasonable price.. I like that it's a small business and they do everything to make sure the job gets done right... I highly recommend this place. I've gone to some of other more national chains but feel the most comfortable here.

I have used before, I have recommended people that had good work done by them. They broke a piece in the process of fixing my car, they had the car almost a week longer, I asked them to fix chips. They charged me for the part they broke, they didn’t even bother to call and wouldn’t return my messages, and they fixed no chips even after I agreed to their price. The car had a rap station on it, so someone was driving it around. How can you charge someone an extra almost 200 for a part you broke. They acted like they did me a favor by only charging me their cost for part. I know he does great work but you really have to do better when you make a mistake, just own it and apologize. None of that happened! Shame I can’t go back, can’t trust them with being honest. Next step is the BBB.Service: Body & Trim

Been taking my cars to Image Collision for years and and always extremely pleased with their work. Their paint work is perfect.Took my old Merc to touch up a few blemishes that had been there a while- Image had painted this car (through previous owner) about 15 years ago.
