I've been a Hair N Now customer for over four years and have had two of the best stylists ever! Cara was my first stylist, and since she's been gone, Abby took over on my "case." I'm one of those people who is impulsive about my hair, so when I get into one of those moods, I want to get in NOW to do sometimes ill-advised things to my temperamental hair. Even though, true to their name, I'm always scheduled really quickly, both my stylists have kept me from doing irrational things, and the one time we whacked off seven inches, it was the perfect look for me. They never have to be reminded that I like my hair cut dry. Every cut I've gotten here has been exactly what I wanted and one that works for my skill set when I have to redo the look at home. The shop itself is well-decorated and always clean. Reception is friendly and quick. The only downside I can think of is that you can no longer leave a tip on your credit card, so if you forget cash, the ATM they have on site charges an extra $2.00. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything is just top notch, including pricing. My cut typically runs about $30. I'll continue to be a huge fan of Hair N Now as long as they keep great stylists like Abby!

Extremely Unprofessional!!!! I Must be honest, Im a man and I have never personally gotten my hair cut here. My father comes here regularly and never has any issues. But just recently I told my fiance who is from Romania about this place and the very first time she went there Terri Seizemore the owner/manager cut her hair. you would think the person who runs the place probably does the best job. The whole time she was there BOTH TIMES Terri just acted like she was too busy to really care about anything, no personalization to the haircut like the other girls give. Just in and out. I might as well sent her down to Heralds Barber Shop, Im sure they could cut better hair and give you a better service than she did. Not only did she give Horrible customer service then after my Fiance came home crying she went back and Terri then sold her some pomade and told her that she didnt know what she wanted. Funny cause she has had the same haircut for her entire life. She came home the second time so upset because her hair was shorter than she asked and there was just loose strands of hair all over. I had to then sit her down and trim up the back of her neck and comfort her because she hates her hair cut. This is just crazy from this type of establishment. I highly dont recommend this place. It dosent deserve to be in lebanon. How can a buisness, not to mention the owner do this to someone. What happened to making the customer happy, not to mention take advantace of someone from a foreign country. END RANT!!
