Took almost 300 bucks for replacing a water pump and serpentine belt and turns out he didn't do either of those things. But had me stupidly drop the money in his Dropbox at night so there's no chance of getting my money back. What a scammer. He seemed like such a nice guy.

Only gave 1 star bc you can't give zero. This man had my car for almost 6 weeks and didn't even touch it! The communication was awful..I would have to call him. He lied continuously about the "work" he had done...how do I know it was lies? I became so aggravated with this situationthat I eventually had my car towed to another mechanic and he said NOTHING had been done to my car. So it sat for almost 6 weeks, untouched. The new mechanic had my car fixed in 2 days. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional, unethical, and a WASTE OF MONEY. Mike said he fixed my car and I took my car to another mechanic in Lebanon. The mechanic showed me where Mike had not done the job correctly. I've always been suspicious of his work. The truth comes out and I'm thankful to have found another mechanic in Lebanon that gets the job done CORRECTLY

Only reason I rated a one star was because It won't allow me to rate it a zero star. Mike is NOT a man of his word. I took my car to him 3 1/2 weeks ago to hear him say everyday my car will be done tomorrow. I told him my son is walking back in forth to school and work and his reply was its 41% he is okay. But for the last 2 weeks it has been in the single digits. He told me it needed a radiator,fan and a bracket to hold together Mike said he was just waiting on the bracket and that he had replaced the radiator and fan. After almost 4 weeks I was pissed went to get my car and nothing had been done. Car had not been touched. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO MIKE!!!!!!!!!!

I've been in Ohio for about 2-1/2 years now. A co-worker suggested I call Mike at Holland's when I needed a repair on my truck. My wife and I now bring all our vehicles to Mike any time they need anything that we aren't going to do ourselves. We have no complaints whatsoever. The biggest concern with auto mechanics is honesty and Mike is about as honest as they come. We consider ourselves lucky to have been referred to Mike. We'll be his customer a long time to come.
