We purchased a washer and dryer from this location about two weeks ago. They were delivered this past Wednesday 10/5. When they were delivered the installers turned them on, took pictures and left. My wife and I both noticed the washer was extremely loud with what was almost a banging noise. After the cycle was over we ran it again with a load of towels, same result. We immediately called Home Depot customer support and was told that we would be sent a replacement. Customer service called us back today and said that a replacement would not be sent out and an inspection needed to be done. We were also told it was going to be over a week to get someone out to inspect. This is unacceptable and I feel the original promise of a replacement needs to be honored.

If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars and still be able to make this post I would! Never buy another thing from Home Depot if you are in hopes of them honoring any type of warranties or guarantees!! Especially if it comes to flooring. We purchased LifeProof carpet 5 years ago. Since it was installed the carpet has been coming apart at the seams. They sent someone out several times to make repairs until they used up all of the remnants we had left over from the original installation. The last guy that came out said that since we don't have any left over carpet he couldn't make any repairs so the carpet needed replaced. Hence, we went down the road of inspectors and denials then manufacturer denials until finally Corporate denial. The excuses given were we have Pets, our Dyson sweeper (Dyson may want to talk to Home Depot about them being blamed), we have a cat, we didn't follow manufacturer warrant requirements of getting the carpet cleaned twice a year.. excuse after excuse. Hell, after the first cleaning is when it started to come apart! Not to mention it is not a manufacturer or material issue. It is an INSTALLATION PROBLEM and we have a Lifetime Installation Warranty!! Another tidbit.. These seams are under furniture and/or out of traffic areas so it's not like it's a wear and tear problem.. BUYER BEWARE!!! We will never buy another damn thing from Home Depot. I don't care if it is a roll of TP. They will NEVER get another dime from us and if you're smart you'll do the same !! Lowes or Menards is always just a few blocks away!!

No receipt no return policy on place now. Time to shop at Lowes. I buy all my building supplies here and sometimes it doesn't work out. Now I can't return what doesn't work out.

Felt I should share my poor experience with Home Depot.com while attempting to purchase a Frigidaire dehumidifier. Hopefully this will save others from this inexcuseable, frustrating waste of time. I wanted to purchase a 70 pint dehumidifier. I was looking for quality so I purchased a Frigidaire. It was quite expensive, $346.32 with tax. The store does not stock this item so I had to purchase it from Home Depot online. It was to be delivered to the local store for me to pick up. Two weeks later it arrived at the store. I went to pick it up and was shocked to see the horrible condition of the box. The box was ripped open, torn in multiple places, all smashed in and falling apart. This was not just a case of a little bumping around during shipping. This box was obviously abused. It's my feeling that everyone who handled the box was just throwing it around to avoid lifting it properly due to the fact that it's heavy. The abuse that this box and my dehumidifier suffered is shameful and disgusting. When I picked it up, I pointed out the awful condition to the young lady who was working. She acknowledged and said that pretty much every online purchase that comes in is in this condition. What? This is not okay! I took the package home and opened it right away. I wasn't sure that I'd keep it even if it looked okay because one never knows what damage the internal components have endured. Well, it didn't take but a few minutes to discover that this high strength casing was badly cracked by the drain spout. This is a material that would be difficult to break, even if you tried to crack it. This speaks volumes about the abusive manner in which this expensive dehumidifier was handled. The individuals who mishandled this unit had absolutely no respect for the package and it's contents. In fact, apparently no pride in their work. It's pitiful. If this is the abysmal standard that Home Depot is okay with, count me out for any future business. When I took this mess back to the store for a refund I asked to speak with the store manager. I felt that she should see this. She was nice enough and agreed that this was definitely a case of extreme abuse and job neglect on the part of the individuals who handled my purchase. Ultimately, she said that there was nothing that she could do to stop this sort of thing. I seriously do not understand why Home Depot would continue to tolerate this. It's my feeling that they need to lay down the law with their employees and the shippers they use. Why would you allow this to continue? In any case, I got my purchase price credited back to my credit card and told the manager that I normally would order another one but I just didn't trust that the same thing wouldn't happen again. So they lost my business and if any of you reading this want to save yourself from having an experience like mine, shop elsewhere. Btw, see the attached photos of the box and dehumidifier. The pictures speak volumes.

Well, the folks working here are nice. The store is pretty clean. The prices seem to be better than Lowe's? The standard 15a decora(rectangular outlet) was $1.48 here and it's $1.86 at Lowe's. I know I could probably get a price match but is this little mint worth the time? Oh, the had Clorox wipes here. :)

I ordered 6 major appliances two weeks ago. Today they called and said that one of the items was back ordered until February. I said they could deliver it when available, or cancel it from the order, or if it’s easier, they could deliver all the items together in February. They would not work with me, and they cancelled the entire order. They said since I wanted the same items I could just place the order again, but at the current prices, which would cost me $3,000 more than what I paid 2 weeks ago. They refused to price match my previous order that they cancelled. The store said it was the online employees’ fault and the online employees said it was the store’s fault. I’ve already torn apart my kitchen, and I don’t have the budget to pay an extra $3000. I am not happy.

I shop this store frequently to say the least, probably average 4 times a week. A lot of nice and helpful people work here, some more so than others. I was in a few days ago and stopped a young man and asked a question about a couple pieces of carside I was interested in that were broken. I think he was on his way to break but he never let on, he stopped and took care of the markdown right away, even accompanied me to checkout to make sure there was no problem. So this is a big shout out to Jeremiah(I think that's spelled right). Also a cashier that is always delightful and helpful, I always enjoy getting her for checkout is Denise. 2 Great people you have in employees

I was in the store to pick up paint that I ordered by phone. Most of the other customers were not wearing masks and many were not respecting safe space. Although the staff were wearing masks, but not gloves, they did not remind customers of the safe spacing. I will not shop at Home Depot until they require customers to wear masks and maintain safe spacing.

I am very disappointed and angry I bought 2 cans of the same item. And I lost my receipt. So I was just asking for store credit. The manger would only give me credit for one. He said they never carried the other one. The cans were different sizes but the exact same amount in each. I bought them both together. So I'm not very happy with Lebanon Home depot

I was easily able to find all the items I needed. The facility was clean both on the inside and outside and the staff was very friendly. This is a good location to come to if you live in the west Wilmington/Waynesville area.
