I've used Garage Door Experts of Cincinnati for years now. I've found them to be reasonably priced and very communicative when it comes to returning and scheduling appointments. Rachel is great on the scheduling side and our service technician texted to let me know he was heading our way and called to let us know when he would be at our house. They didn't try to upsell us and serviced our needs. Very satisfied and will continue to use them and refer friends who are in need.

I was very pleased that they were able to respond quickly and the service was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain everything and answer all our questions. Keith came out to service my garage door on time and had everything he needed to do the repair. He was in contact with me throughout the entire process from,on his way, to arriving ,to what the issue was, and how it was to be fixed and the cost. I was not able to be there! This would have been the second time I have used them and Keith has not failed me either time. Would highly recommend to anyone and have no doubt I will call them again when needed! Wonderful people and wonderful service!
