Pharmacy staff is nice but seems like they choose their hours when I need prescription at 650 and they are suppose to close at 7 and not open when I get there

Horrible service. I asked for Tylenol at drive through when I picked up my RX and the guy said no you have to come in even though there is a big sign that says I could get it at drive thru. I told him I just had surgery and could not come in and he was rude.

Rude and incompetent. At first they didn't believe my script was real. (It was a shampoo for my daughter) So she called the doctor to confirm. Then she tells me my insurance will not cover it at all even though the doctor confirmed my insurance does in fact cover the shampoo. She then says it would cost me $280 LOL! I asked for my script back and went to Kroger. Had my script in my hand within 5 minutes and zero charge. Complete joke.

I can't even begin to explain the troubles I have had with the CVS in particular. Save yourself some time and mental anguish, and go somewhere else to get your prescriptions filled.

I now understand why their ratings are so low. Stopped in to get the “free” flu shot. Got turned away, pharmacist said she was too busy. It’s Sunday, there is no one shopping, waiting…. Nothing. Just NO.

I wouldn't recommend any CVS store! They have the well earned reputation for being a price gouger. They were selling a Vicks nose inhaler stick for $11.97 while the exact same thing was selling for $5.67 at Walmarts. Always, always check prices on several different sites. Under no circumstance have I ever found them to be the most competitive! The DOJ should be investigating them for price gouging!

let me preface by saying i NEVER write negative reviews unless absolutely warranted because i understand things happen. been going to this pharmacy multiple times a day last 4 days. can’t get my medications because they are out of stock or it’s not ready yet come back later (and then it’s still not ready) or the pharmacy is “closed” (even though the car ahead of me got their script & it was 5:45pm when i was there). what an absolute joke. i refuse to come back to this pharmacy. i have 3 scripts to be filled & i haven’t been able to get a single one the last 4 days. don’t even waste your time.

I went to get my passport photo taken and the staff was incredibly helpful! I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! NOT a good pharmacy! I had a prescription from the ER that I needed to fill. When I handed it to the pharmacist, who didn't even have his smock on (1 hour after opening), he handed it back to me saying they didn't have it in stocks. They had the next higher dose, but not the one prescribed. I want to know how he knew that, considering he didn't bother checking the computer! He sure did know how to joke around with the vendor who was there! He advised that I check with Kroger. (He didn't offer to check with other CVS stores around to see if one of them had it!) I called another pharmacy and they had it. I went to their store, was greeted very kindly by the cashier and the pharmacy tech. My prescription was filled in just a few minutes (to my surprise!) It was such a wonderful experience that I am having my other prescriptions transferred there.

This pharmacy is the biggest waste of time. Let one of my prescriptions go in default after being up their butts about it for three weeks. Anything not in stock they make it super difficult for you to get.

They definitely need more professional staff the front staff are not professional at all, after the experiences I’ve had first hand there, I will not be going back. The pharmacy is pretty well managed though, we always get our medication on time and our medication updates are never late. The drive thru wait time is very short.
