Just a heads up. Call before coming to the Lebanon location to ensure they are open. Store opens at 10am and we arrived at 1135am and found the store was closed. A little surprised that they would be closed within 90 minutes of opening.

Altafiber is great for new customers. You get your introductory rate for so many months. And make sure to add the $10.99 service charge to that. It's all in their fine print. And then there's the 15$ increase once your introductory period is over.. On their website they offer 400mbps for a specific price. And that is the same price they give you for only 100 mbps, simply because they don't have the technology yet for the higher speed, but nonetheless you are charged the same. Altafiber is not good with long term customers. We have been customers for eaely 5 years and as our price for their lowest speed of internet went to 72$ they were unwilling to adjust it in any way. They treat new customers much better than their long term.

Called main office to renew yearly contract and check for current discounts. Have been a customer for many years back to Cincinnati Bell years. Was told verification was necessary through hard line assigned phone number. This number has never been used and never hooked up. Had to have it through bundled deal but only use cell phones. Then told a photo picture with customer holding photo ID sent to Altafiber was the only other way of verification. Since unable to accomplish first means of verification and refusal to send photo verification I now only have the option to go to brick and mortar for verification. Seems like they no longer want my monthly payment. I’m sure another provider will gladly accept my money. Good luck to you Altafiber.?

If I could give this experience with Altafiber 0 starts I would. This is extremely disheartening considering they are a local small business. Signed up when I first moved to Lebanon, they hid fees for over year, almost 15$ over charged PER MONTH. Meanwhile the service is AWFUL, tvs lag, takes 5 minutes for tvs to connect ( my tvs are brand new) Never sent paper or electronic bills as the customer service rep and manager confirmed was their error. Refused to issue a refund for more than 1 bill cycle which was already ridiculous. Lost almost 60$ in fees that were useless and never told to me. I would’ve been fine with a refund as mistakes happen, but they refused - very bad business.I canceled my service and went back to Spectrum, was told to turn in the equipment and it would be canceled and not receive another bill. Turned in the equipment on the date as told to do soand recieved two additional bills while I had active service with spectrum. I look on the app the service is still active with NO MODEM OR ROUTER. RIDICULOUS. meanwhile the service was terrible and their techs had to come out multiple times to “boost” the signal, later finding out and they then wired their Altafiber connection with spectrums( not the company, not affiliated) - not allowed - and then Spectrum had to come service myhome as the easy install was no longer easy, due to Altafiber stealing signals. took HOURS to undue to altafiber sneakiness and almost delayed me turning in my equipment to altafiber. Now I am dealing with an additional monthly bill when the router was not even in my possession. Beware of this company - they are hiding fees and scamming. Will NEVER return.

Awesome staff and always helpful. I'm glad they have these stores because it's much easier to go in and discuss issues or upgrades with someone in person. Really good hours for a store like this, too.

So I've been a cincinnati bell customer for 10 years while going into dispute my bill that they told me on the phone would be less than i pay now however they raised it by 8 dollars and the clerk named brian behymer actually suggested i should get internet from spectrum. Is this how altafiber customer service reps treat people who have been a loyal customer for 10 years not to mention brian was very rude and lied to my face saying he couldn't get me into a promotion but yet when i called and asked altafiber reps they told me he could do an in store promotion. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

Couldn't get anything to work on the website. Told me repeatedly that MY address didn't exist. Went on live chat and wasn't getting any help, but instead of fixing it, helping me, or offering me pricing.... the agent wanted to chastise me for saying damn.... literally, damn. Got all condescending and told me I would NOT BE TOLERATED... over typing " Yes I know my OWN damn address. Customer lost. Enemy made! Well done!

I had an excellent, over-the-phone interaction with Chase from the Lebanon location. We were switching from another provider and Chase was very thorough with discovering which CinBell services would be best suited for our family's needs. He explained what to expect on our first bill, during the install appt, etc. After the install I had a couple of follow-up questions and Chase was readily available to answer them. I found Chase from Lebanon CinBell to be very professional, responsive, and helpful.

Somebody wrote a false review under my name so let me be the first to apologize I just got a phone call. I think the store is always very inviting and clean and gives a good vibe of professionalism. The staff I have ever encountered have always been courteous and helpful contrary to whatever was set before. Again I apologize for the previous post I don't know who had posted that under my Google. However I the real Nicholas have always had great service and experience at the Lebanon store

Returned my equipment on Saturday, and due to the ongoing pandemic wouldn't allow me into the store, which is fine, placed my equipment in the red bin placed outside.. I have a time stamp on my phone that shows the call was placed at 12:38pm, now I am being told the equipment was not turned in and I am supposed to pay for it?? This is so ridiculous. I will NOT be paying for the equipment that was failed to be scanned in. I'm frustrated, the phone lines are clogged, and I feel like Cincinnati bell does not care to take care of their customers.--Updated contact the email for social media, they updated and took off the turned in equipment,, frustrating you have to jump through hoops for them to do their job.
