If I could give them 0 starts I would. The lady that answer the phone was so unprofessional and rude. My sister called the company and then I called from a different number, and she was extremely rude and assumed I was the same person because we were asking the same questions. I’m in a rush to move and both my sister and I were making calls. I didn’t realized my sister had already called her since she lives in Virginia and I’m here in Ohio. She was was trying to help me. Lady hung up on me and didn’t even let me finish. If you hate your job so much, you shouldn’t be dealing with customers

I had my car transferred to a performance shop using Case Towing and it was a very smooth process. Their crew knew their stuff and had the right gear to handle my low profile car. Crooks who take advantage of people in an unfortunate situation. Wrecker fee already high at $175, but then they add $25 for tie down!? Came in at 1130pm but still charged a full day storage at $50 in a muddy ugly crowded junk yard! then they have the nerve to charge $75 admin fee!!?? These folks are @ holes please avoid these crooks!
