“This place has amazing service !! We were traveling thru the area and blew a trailer tire on the interstate. After discovering the spare I had wouldn’t fit I disconnected the trailer and took the blown tire to Walt Luti tire a few miles away .. the shop was full but they immediately took my tire and within 10 min I was on the road .. I then discovered my other tire was over 20 yr old and I had a 700 mile trip ahead of me so I took the trailer to them again to change the old tire so I wouldn’t have another blow out .. They again had me back up to the shop and right away changed my tire and had me on the road in in few minutes . It was amazing service and friendly people!!!”

“Called Cronin after the right rear brakes started locking up on our 2016 Wrangler. Receptionist said service was busy, so I decided to take a chance driving it from Middletown to Lebanon (roughly 15 miles) unannounced. Not usually a wise choice with brakes locking up, but I had no other option while traveling on the Saturday before Labor Day.
Arrived at Cronin and a dapper young gent in a suit from Sales walked me to see Kevin in service. Without hesitation Kevin found someone to look at my Jeep and then fixed it. Kevin was honest, forthcoming, and fair in the repair; turned out to be a stuck caliper slide.
Thanks to Kevin and his great team, who already had enough on their schedule that day, we made it safely back to Michigan.
If you're ever in Lebanon, Ohio, stop by Cronin Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Not only is their Service Department excellent to work with, but the entire dealership is clean, bright, and filled with employees who clearly have a passion for customer service.

“Never had I purchased tires at WalMart until today. Great price on the Cooper tires I purchased but also great service and friendly people all around, both at counter and the mechanics. “They did a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle for me while I was out of town. Took pictures and sent a document with everything they checked and test drove it. They did miss two things that are wrong with it. That being one of the electronic seats does not lean all the way back up and stops early. The other being the push to start button is missing. These are excusable as it would require complete knowledge of the vehicle to know the ignition can be turned with the key but also uses a push to start button on the ignition that pops off to use the key if needed. Fantastic communication, speed, and work.”
