“Called Cronin after the right rear brakes started locking up on our 2016 Wrangler. Receptionist said service was busy, so I decided to take a chance driving it from Middletown to Lebanon (roughly 15 miles) unannounced. Not usually a wise choice with brakes locking up, but I had no other option while traveling on the Saturday before Labor Day.
Arrived at Cronin and a dapper young gent in a suit from Sales walked me to see Kevin in service. Without hesitation Kevin found someone to look at my Jeep and then fixed it. Kevin was honest, forthcoming, and fair in the repair; turned out to be a stuck caliper slide.
Thanks to Kevin and his great team, who already had enough on their schedule that day, we made it safely back to Michigan.
If you're ever in Lebanon, Ohio, stop by Cronin Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Not only is their Service Department excellent to work with, but the entire dealership is clean, bright, and filled with employees who clearly have a passion for customer service.

“Never had I purchased tires at WalMart until today. Great price on the Cooper tires I purchased but also great service and friendly people all around, both at counter and the mechanics.
