If you like your smoke detector going off anytime another unit sets theirs off (1-2 times a week) or hearing what your neighbors are doing next to you and below you this place is perfect. Peace and quiet is nowhere to be found here. By far the loudest and most annoying apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to move!

I have rarely commented on or posted about places but, I believe it is important to be aware of what you are getting for your money when it comes to housing for your family. Year three beginning and nothing has changed since my last post. Still rips in the window screens, faulty doors, no security, smelly and unkempt halls and stairs, ANOTHER INCREASE IN RENT, absolutely no amenities to speak of except a washer and broken dryer that both take quarters. Not even so much as a bike rack for the second and third floor tenants.Thank you for reading.

Location is decent. Absolutely no amenities, unless you consider a community laundry room a bonus. A bit overpriced.

I’ve been here a long time and they always fix any maintenance problems from the very first months of being a tenant. Always had excellent managers as well from the first one we had in 2017 when we moved in Danielle to now Liz! They have always been very nice and helpful! Recommend the Arbors !

Well, first year wasn’t bad. Moved in with no complications, decent apartment with just a few minor issues that I thought would be fixed shortly. Then next year falls and there’s still a huge draft through my front door so I’m losing either air or heat constantly, my bathroom faucet still leaks, the master bedroom window screen is still ripped, new demand for carrying renters ins, building front doors are now unlocked so no security, the one washer in the building is always left half full of water and only takes quarters…I could go on to say I had two weeks to sign a new lease when rent went up by 300 dollars or pay month to month over 1400. Obviously, I am not recommending this complex. And at the beginning of 2021 they had my car towed without even asking if it was in driving condition which it was and didn’t tell me so I found out weeks later and was given a number to call during a pandemic when I didn’t have the funds to get it back. Based on what I see in the photos from their website I would give this place four stars, although I have contacted them several days ago and still have not received a reply looks like an awesome place to live
