I enjoy shipping at ACE stores. The customer service is always top notch. They are always willing to help you find a product and/or a solution to your project. I've visited this lady l location several times and they never disappoint.

Online it states you have a certain soil in stock. I show up to the store. The manager tells me you don't have any of this soil. What is the point of saying it's on your store and at your store to be picked up? If it's not I wasted my trip.

One of the worst services ever for scissor sharpening. Lost them last time and took 4 weeks and this time over 4 weeks but they tell me approximately 2 when I drop them off. And one had a place so dull it wouldn’t cut hot butter. NEVER AGAIN! Found out they sent to another store( their central drop off and pick up).

Yes I just rented a U-Haul trailer at Ace hardware in Lebanon Ohio. the sales attendant's name was Tom he was very informative and he was very helpful. The store appeared very clean and organized .I was attended to when I entered the store I want to thank the guys for all their help there and getting me on my way I would recommend that store over any Lowe's or home Depot thank you
