Everytime I pay good money to send a package out that's guaranteed to arrive in 2 days, it always takes 4-5 business days. The last one was posted on Wed the 27th and is now in Cincinnati Sat the 30th, due to arrive on the 3rd. This occurs year round, not just holidays. Other than that, the Staff is friendly.
