Absolutely incredible service at a good rate. My truck broke down in Dayton, Ohio, at around 9 p.m. in pouring rain weather. A clamp broke off one of the coolant hoses, and the truck couldn't hold coolant. I called several nearby shops, and many didn't even bother to pick up the phone. So I called Adam; he didn't answer but ended up calling me back and said he was on his way to another service call and would come right after. I waited about an hour, and then the rain let up enough for me to check the problem. I took it upon myself to fix the clamp. While I was doing that, Adam showed up, made sure the job I did was correct, checked for any other leaks, and ended up giving me an extra hose to have just in case. He only charged me for the service call, no hourly labor, or any of the nonsense that other people charge. I highly recommend him; it was absolutely amazing to meet an honest person these days.

Where do I start?
Blown tire after midnight and either they don't pick up or they don't open up till morning which didn't work for me since i had a 6 am delivery at Target Distribution Center an hour away from Dayton....
Adam Rex picked up the phone right away and said he ll be there in an hour and have the truck ready to go.....
Came about an hour later (2 am) and finished the job in 30 minutes and had me on the road and on time....
Can t thank him enough for what he did to bail me out....
Did i also mention that he was the least expensive one as well?

Had a hose fail on the road and gave these guys a call. They were to my location within 2 hours and got me back rolling pretty quick! Sadly, I didn’t make it more than 60 miles before that very hose failed again. What they did was cut the hose and reinstall, instead of putting on a brand new hose- which was what the second shop ended up doing the next day. I honestly don’t think the guy even brought any hose, fitting, or any parts related to the repair for that matter. I believe he was confident that he could reuse it based on the pictures and description I gave when I first called in. I called him when it failed the second time and he did offer to come out and put a new hose this time, but said he would call me back and didn’t do so for another 2-3 hours. I was broken down in front of a shipper so I had to find another option. My guess is that this guy is a mechanic at a shop and does road calls as a side gig so can only come out when he is off the clock from his main employer. He was a good guy and didn’t leave me high and dry like some of these other road call

My RV slide out was stuck in the out position. So, as you know, I'm not driving anywhere. I got a referral from Good Sam for Truck Road Service at 6PM. I didn't think I was going to get anyone out to my RV that day, but he showed up at 9:30 and stayed till it was fixed, not just moved it in so I could drive. This is the 3rd time I've had trouble with this slide out. Watching him work, I think he fixed all the things the other people "fixed". The slide out works now, better than it ever has. I don't think I've ever had this much confidence in a repair. Now for the rest of the story. He kept me informed about how soon he would arrive, even for minor changes. He was very affordable! He was a super nice and respectful guy. I don't think I have ever had such a good experience getting one of my vehicles on the road again. You would do well getting help from him.Service: Electrical
