I have always used CVS for my prescriptions, but I am going to start going elsewhere. I wasted a whole night trying to get my prescription filled. I called the pharmacy but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I thought maybe they closed early. I drove over there and waited in a line of 15 people just to ask for my prescription to be filled tonight. Only one person checking people out and 2 people in the back not answering any phone calls coming in. I’m really disappointed in the customer service.

This CVS is in a very busy area of town and is a popular place. It is next to a busy strip as well. The parking lot is a bit different but you can still park and have quite a bit of room to exit your vehicle.

Needed to pick up a last minute prescription from the pharmacy and they made sure I was able to get it ASAP. I can only image how busy they are with the sick season yet the still manage to get things done. I appreciate both the pharmacists and the techs for being so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Extremely rude behavior by the lady attendant at the drive through today. I was there for a PCR test. There was no provocation or anything. She seemed uninterested in the entire transaction. She made very rude humiliating gestures (ugh, rolling eyes) when I didn't understand some of her instructions. For example she kept saying qtip for something which I know as a swab. Then the lady started shaking with anger and brought a swab and showed it to me as if I was a dumb person and shouted this is a qtip. There are more examples but shaming her is not the purpose of this review. I request her office to take note of it and maybe move her to another section. I am almost sure the lady suffers from some mental issues, which was quite visible. Hence I am not mad at her. I wish her good health.

Gave me the wrong MG of medicine. Refused to take it back and said it was my responsibility to check the dosage before leaving. Absolutely absurd. Do not trust these people with your life or health.

Carolyne is a terrible employee. She is nosey and argumentative. I would not recommend this location at all. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store.

Pharmacy closed 3 minutes early so now I don’t have my medication. One thing a pharmacy should never do is close early. And yes my cellPhone has the right time

Just delightfully transferred to this CVS pharmacy. My first interaction with the pharmacy staff was terrific as they quickly and kindly helped out of a prescription jam. Al and Tracy could not have been more thoughtful and effective. Looking forward to more very positive interactions. Thanks so much!

Pharmacy tech is rude. This has happened several times. Today, she rudely put me on hold, then put pharmacist on, but I couldn't hear pharmacist because she was loudly talking about me in background. I thought it was a one time thing, but no, now it's every single time she waits on us. I dealt with CVS for over 20 years. Will be researching other pharmacies.

Definitely transferring my scripts to meijers where they are actually friendly and have a good customer service. I can't stand people who have to be b**** for no reason. Attitudes in this pharmacy department. customer service is a thing of the past. From a previous CVS Rx customer of 20 years
