Just stopped by for one,...ONE box of cold medicine for my girlfriend. Was told I need an ID to buy, despite being 40 years old. I get if I was buying a whole case but why do I need carded for one box. Went next door to Kroger and got it with zero problems. IDing a 40 year old to buy one box of cold medicine is an easy way to lose business. Go down the block to Kroger for way better service.

they never have medicine u need on back order or don't know gave me wrong amount of medication just go some where else they are terrible

They have a new manager. The old manager was very rude and the employees would stand around and be unresponsive to customers that were in need of help.

Called all day for them not to get my prescription transferred and called over and over again . No help I will try a different location next time. Everytime I called too they apparently forgot who I was every single time .

Ryan in the pharmacy department is a lifesaver. My family and I haven't felt the best. So when I went to grab my prescriptions, I asked about over the counter medication. Ryan went and grabbed the generic and the name brand for all the ages in my household and explained the difference and the active ingredients. I didn't feel like a dumb dumb asking questions. I appreciate a sweet helpful person nowadays.

This location does have the Covid-19 Vaccine and Booster but they only carry Pfizer. They also have a medication disposal bin

I’m not able to drive currently so I called at 11 to make sure my prescription was ready and they said it would be ready for my wife to pick up at noon. At noon she was told it was a 30 minute wait. So she ended up missing 30 minutes of work and they only got it ready when the store manager went back there! This pharmacy has horrible customer service!

Whenever I go into Walgreens the cashier's are very friendly,and acknowledge you when you walk in... Plus they have some good deals going on...A big shout out to George☺️She is a sweet kind,and caring person, always cheerful, and smiling ?
