“My cat precious hasn’t had her surgery yet, it’s next week. But as a new patient they got us in very quickly and were so friendly and knowledgeable. My usual vet has gotten almost impossible to get into and quoted me almost 2,000 for a dental and this place could get her in right away and is considerably more affordable. I can’t thank you all enough for taking care of my baby !! It was a bit of a drive but so very worth it!”

“Let me start by saying I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! 2 weeks ago, I called their office as soon as they opened in a panic because my childhood dog of 17 years was seizing and could no longer move. No other vets I called in town would take her in immediately. VCA Morris told us to come in immediately, and we rushed there. They were so compassionate and comforting not only to my dog but also to me. We had my dog put down and cremated through them. Her ashes came in a beautiful box with ner name engraved on it as well as a memorial booklet with her pawprint and fur. They even managed to have her ashes back to us in a week. These people really care about animals, and that was obvious to us as soon as we arrived there. They managed to make something that was very emotional a little bit better with their compassion, and that's all we could have asked for.”

In fact, I had two dogs euthanized at two different times and was treated with great kindness throughout the process. The whole office was very professional and helpful. If I still lived in the lancaster area I would still take my dog to this practice.”
