I have been going to the Ultimate Look for many years. My stylist is always prompt and friendly. It's very clean. All the other stylists are friendly. Great haircut. Used to get cut and colour. It's a welcoming place. Prices are reasonable. Only Lori Tipple cuts my hair so well.

This is my happy place! Never had a service here I didn't absolutely love. I used to be super picky and only go to one specific person for my nails but every person at both Lacquer locations I've been to have been amazing. Won't go anywhere else!! Love!!

Somehow my regular (not gel) mani has stayed put for a week! Super packed and busy, so not really the chill spa vibe, but they do a great job and are friendly. Definite "who run the world- girls!" vibe, which I support. Needed a new nail place and this is it

I wish I could give this salon more stars. Reading through the bad reviews on this page are comical, because the women (and men!) that work at Lacquer are professional and dedicated to customer service. I am a regular for gel manis at the Clintonville location with Haley, and I really can't give her enough credit. She always does an amazing job and I have never left unhappy. Even though I live right around the corner from Harrison West, she makes it worth the drive over to Clintonville. Additionally, I have needed haircuts a couple times, and booked randomly with different individuals who had openings. Again, both times they did an amazing job. I feel comfortable booking a haircut with anyone at Lacquer because I'm confident that all the stylists provide quality service. There was one issue I had with gel polish that had gone bad, it was one color when I got the mani and changed over the weekend. Haley happened to be out of town when I needed to get it corrected, so they placed me with another nail tech to fix it. I was only looking for a free gel removal and was willing to pay for a whole new polish, but they ended up comping the whole thing. It is important to speak up if you are unhappy with your results, because Lacquer shows obvious dedication to keeping all their clients satisfied. Finally, whenever I walk into the salon, I am greeted by their friendly receptionists. I always look forward to appointments at Lacquer and always feel welcome when I'm there. In my few years of experience as a regular client, they have always been punctual. If you are new to Columbus and looking for a salon or even looking to change salons, Lacquer is your answer for any service you could possibly imagine and more.

I went to Lacquer gallery for the first time and Julie did a great job doing my nails. I heard about lacquer gallery from a lot of people and my experience did not disappoint! I loved the nails Julie did for me and they matched my bridesmaid dress so well.
