Overall, this is a first come first serve type Mom &Pop repair shop.There was only one repair tech who's available for repairs. Small lack of communication but understandable due to the Owner is only in on certain days and they only have one repair man.

I havent even had an experience yet and I'm upset. We showed up at 12:15 and a sign on the door that said closed for lunch but did not say what time they would return. Well thankfully we werent in a big hurry so we just figured we would go eat and that they should be back by 1:15 at the latest. Knowing it was possible that they just hung the sign right before we showed up and an average lunch is an hour. So it is now 1:25 and we have already been sitting in the parking lot!! We came from out of town so it isnt like we can just come back later. But it is very frustrating when you are on a schedule and buisnesses act like your schedule should revolve around them. What if i would have ran up here on MY lunch break? Trust me if i knew of another appliance store i could go to i would be going there at this point instead of wasting my time sitting in the parking lot!

If I could give rate them less than one star, I would definitely do so. The service technician was the most unprofessional service tech I have ever had in my home. He complained from the moment he walked in my home. Our oven repair required two technicians. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix the oven on the first visit. I had to take additional time off work for the second repair. During this visit, he not only complained, burped and cussed after pinching his finger. The other technician then said he frequently over reacts and other customers have complained. They were yet again not able to fix my oven, which required a third visit. I take off work again only to learn that the repair could have been fixed during the second visit. When questioned on why they didn't, the same unprofessional tech told me the previous call was late in the day and would have basically been an inconvenience for them to pull my oven out further to investigate. But according to him "That's ok. Today's visit isn't costing you anything." This is the point where I told him it absolutely was costing me my time and money due to missing work. I told him to finish what the repair and get out of my house. I would never recommend anyone using them for any kind of repair.

Are you freaking kidding me? You had ONE JOB. Called this place 2 weeks ago and explained IN DETAIL what is wrong with our washer. Guy comes today, shows up 35 minutes after the 9 AM - 12 PM window is over without the ONE part that was definitely broken and, again, was communicated IN DETAIL that it definitely needed to be replaced. He still tried to look at the washer. So you can charge me $80 to accomplish nothing? He's like "well I'll go and rush order the part." and I said "and what time can you come back today?". He said "well, it will take a little while for it to come in so it won't be today." So none of the information that was conveyed when the appointment was made was given to the person who was going to do the work... I told him to leave. Unbelievable. Well, if you see me and I'm smelly and wrinkled, you can thank Trio TV and Appliance :)

My LG refrigerator compress went bad while still under warranty, but LG would not honor the warranty. Trio did an excellent job of listening to my ranting over this. I'm sure they had way better things to do than listen to me as I worked through this problem with LG who eventually after many phone calls honored their warranty. Now as we wait for the part which was promised by LG in 2 to 4 days and didn't arrive, they are loaning me a dorm size refrigerator so that I can keep the essentials cold. Great Customer Service from Trio.

$90.00 service call ---- wrong diagnosis $35.00 parts ---- didn't fix the issue another FREE service call --- decided it was the control board, left me to order it myself $79.00 control board --- wasn't the issue Can't send a technician out for another 5 days Owner can't understand why I'm angry!!
