The salesman Aaron answered every question we asked. He took time to show as the difference between mattresses and explained in detail to us the differences. We liked two mattresses, when we decide which one will be best for us, we will be back to buy. Thanks for being there to help us decide.

Today I picked up the 6th mattress we’ve purchased from OMF. Every member of our family sleeps on a mattress from here and my wife and I were finally due for a new one. Outstanding quality for the money and a laid back friendly environment. Highly recommended.

My husband and I just bought a whole new set up from Mattress Factory in Lancaster Ohio. We LOVE it! We bought a new frame, box spring, king size double pillow top mattress and head board. We are both in our 40’s and my husband does manual labor for a living so we both live with chronic pain. This new bed has really made a difference. The quality of the mattress is superior to other beds I’ve owned and the headboard is Amish Oak which is also really nice. It also has a double pillow top which extended the life of the bed for years if you flip it every month or two. They even have quality memory foam beds available too. The manager (Neil) was extremely knowledgeable and has been in the bed business for 25 years and his delivery guys were top notch; securely putting the entire bed together in like 10 min.! If you are looking for a new bed this is the place to go and they even offer no interest for 6-12 months for those who qualify.

We are repeat customers. And was very happy with our last one. We needed of a new mattress and in short order. Just moved back to central Ohio and had no furniture. We went shopping on a Wednesday And it was delivered on Friday! It was a special order. Our salesman, Neil at the Lancaster store was great. He was very helpful in pointing out the pro & cons of each mattress. No sales pressure. Got our mattress on Friday as promised. When the time comes for replacement. We will be shopping there again. Thanks.

We bought a queen and double bed for when our grandchildren come to visit. Our sales person was great. The store manager called the day before the delivery and gave us a 2 hour window for the delivery. The delivery driver called ahead and arrived at the designated time.
