I have taken several things her, had a problem once, they made it right. This is how a business should be run. Honest, competent and cost effective. Highly recommend you give them a chance to fix it before you replace it.

I called to get my phone screen fixed Wednesday and they said they could do it same day. I was like awesome I will be there as soon I get off work. So I go there and pay and give them my phone. I’m sitting there for close to an hour and the guy comes out and says hey sorry it was a defective screen so I put your old one back on and by they way I shattered the whole thing now instead of just the top. So now every time I swipe up or go to answer or anything I get glass in my finger. Great. I’ll talk to my boss and get one over nighted to you so we can fix it tomorrow. I will call you in the morning with the answer and details. Okay fine. So waited until about 1 1:15 and finally call them. They answer and tell me hold on I’ll check. Then comes back and says hey man the soonest I can get it will be Saturday. At first I was like whatever but the more I got to thinking about it there was apologies, no money off no nothing for shattering the whole screen, telling me they can fix it next day or anything. Just piss poor customer service for making the situation worse than it was to start with.

Hi all ..took my 7 year old laptop in because it seemed dead .. after the team there did a refresh and updated the system its working better than new again ..I was worried I would need to replace it but they had it up and running in no time a a fraction of the cost of a new laptop. Kudos folks ! ..

I do not recommend this place. I drove an hour to this place because it was cheapest phone repair place and my phone was cracked. I gave them my phone and returned 45 minutes later to what appeared to be a fixed screen. A minute later my phone kept shutting off and when I told them this they blamed it on my software (which was previously working perfect). I then waited another 30 minutes for them “to update my software” and once it was done the same problem kept happening. They then said it must be a “faulty screen” and they can either ship a new one or put my old screen back on. I put my old screen on because I did not trust them and knew the screen wouldn’t last. Overall, the workers were nice but would recommend a more expensive place that knows what they’re doing.

Damion helped me today, the back of my phone screen was completely shattered and he was able to get me in day of and fixed it! Exceeded my expectations and you can’t even tell!! Thank you so much to the hard workers at Techy! Before and after photos below!

Excellent and honest customer service!! I have had to use Techy a couple times to fix damaged screens. This time I had a damaged screen on my Macbook pro. Drew was very helpful and the turn around was very fast. 10 out of 10. Would do business again!
