sandwiches were good. the lady was nice who made them. the negative was the guy behind the counter when we walked in completely ignored us while making online orders. could have at least acknkwledged us and said ,one of us will be with you shortly. thats just rude.

My Husband and I were in this store this late afternoon, our clerk at the registejr was horribly rude and completely foul mouthed. I cannot imagine how in the world she manages a demanding social skills job with that attitude and rudeness. I'll be honest I stayed in the parking for a few minutes after debating whether or not to contact local police and report the incident. she seemed aggravated with customers in general. older
woman, longer hair, older woman braided behind the counter acted aggressively towards us. she seemed aggravated taking our order had a very bad attitude and acted like she didn't wnt to wait on us. I hate to judge people but you can't work customer service and treat people like that. honestly if we didn't have sick kids at home I would have called city police to file complaint. I feel like, actually I know she was about 99.9% rude and my husband and I feel offended. IM surprised the Betterbusi hasn't been called. I'm disgusted and completely 0offended with today's events. people like that absolutely do not need to working with the public with that demaner. e been I've worked as an clerk/attentive before an

Please teach your employees to use the cash register. They are unable to ring up kids meals (advertised for $4.99) but charged $3.50 fir sandwich, $1.50 for applesauce, and $1.99 for juice separately. They also could not be bothered to put meals in separate bags, just shoved 3 meals with sides and drinks into one bag. Your food is good, your service is not.

I have been to many Subway locations in various states over the last 30 years and tonight was the first time I've ever had ingredients measured out. Apparently the manager, Lauren, is a stickler when it comes to exactly how much chicken or steak her employees put on the subs, even going as far as writing a note by the scale threatening to watch the security footage and writing up anyone who disobeys her. We ordered 4 subs and were there for 19 minutes. There was nobody in the store when we walked in so the entire 19 minutes was spent actually ordering and waiting for them to be finished. Most likely will be going back to our normal Subway in Carroll.
