Look I know you guys have zero control over situations like this but it would've been nice to have been notified that my wifi bill was going to increase by $15. It's down more than it's up and we have frequent outages but guess you need more money if you want to improve the company.

I had been to the Grove City store 2 times with no help. I was told to call in to Spectrum. When I would call in I was unable to get the help I was needing. I took a chance and went to the Lancaster store and Cari Hellyer was AWESOME! She took the time and figured out what was going on with my mobile so we could get the trade in. She was very knowledgeable on the phone trade in process as well as setting up the new phone!Thank you Cari for taking the time to help get me where I needed to be!

This store is absolutlely horrible. The kiosk for waiting in line is always turned off. You are told it is broke but it is turned off so that appointments do not need to be honored. Do not bother to call the customer service number at spectrum, it wll not be honored and the main office does not care. I live in Lancaster Oh, but i take my in store needs to te Canal Winchester office. It is an extra 40 minutes round trip but it is a time saver over all. The worst problem is that this store does not care. I was in the store over 45 minutes to return a DVR box. Once I was finally being waited on I stood at the desk 5 more minutes while the previous transaction was finally complete. That customer had already been serviced for the entire time I was there. It took another 10 minutes to merely remove one box. The other CSR did not even finsh with ONE customer transaction the entire tiem I was there. 5 persons were in line when I left. Three people had already walked out. Spectrum main office does not care. Lancaster office has been like this for years

Extremely slow. Waited over 25 minutes to exchange router meanwhile employees were standing around doing nothing. Really terribly managed store.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My roommate moved out over a year ago and after three trips to this location they still have the wrong information on the account. On my last visit Payton wanted to explain to me why I was wrong in expecting my former roommate's info to be removed from the account that is in my name. I have had three different "customer service experts " and yet no one can seem to fix the issue. Tired of the nonsense. Switching to T-mobile.

Beware of returning equipment here. I walked into the store to return my cable modem after canceling service. A lady looked up my account, then told me to hand the modem to a gentleman who took it to the back and they said I was all good. I asked for a receipt, but they said they didn't provide them for equipment returns and they refused to provide any sort of proof that I had returned the cable modem. Not surprisingly, I then received a notice that I hadn't returned my cable modem within 30 days and owed money for it. I have called three times and sent two certified letters disputing this fact, but they still have turned me over to a collection agency that calls multiple times a day despite my answering the calls and having notified them via certified letter that (1) I dispute the debt and (2) that I am asserting my rights under the fair credit act and insisting that they cease all communications immediately. Since its been about three months and no one wants to actually resolve this, I guess its time to contact an attorney for me. But avoid the head ache. I believe its the UPS store that you can go to and they'll ship it back for free and they have the address and will package up etc (if not UPS its Fedex; its been months so I just don't remember but that's was my original plan before I decided I'll be right by this Spectrum store for lunch, so I'll just return it there). The nice part about shipping is they are a third party so I'm sure they would be more than happy to provide proof you shipped it back. From what I've read online, you'll still got thrown to collections as they are months behind in processing the shipped returns, but from what I've read you can print the proof and send it to them and they'll leave you alone. So avoid the headache, learn from my pain.

Staff is rude to costumers, replying with snark & sarcasm when asked how long the wait is. Not my personal experience, but watching others during the extremely long wait process. It takes multiple workers for one simple issue, doubling the wait times.

Terrible, returned a modem to them as requested. I was given their address. And was refused a receipt for returning. Said I had to take to ups if I want one. Crazy, I’m delivering your equipment to you direct and I can’t get proof? We are going to have some problems if I have an equipment charge. Picture attached of it sitting on their counter

This place is a hot mess. The manager here, big lady with dark hair just walks around without a care in the world with a lobby full of customers needing help. Only thing she has done well is enforcing the sign in computer. LOL. 50 minute wait to pick up a modem. Do yourself a favor and go to any other store.

I was in to replace my broken phone. The service rep advised me they could not help me.....why because they were upgrading the system......so can I go to a different store I asked.... Nope this is company wide. I went 3 days with out my phone and had to buy a phone from tracfone just to do my work. The worst service and support ever.
